Prologue

I Lee Chaeryeong have written letters to my long time crushes.

I only write these letters when I have a crush so big that I don't know what to do about it. There are four in total Hyewon, my childhood friend. Yuri, from the freshman dance. Lia, from model UN. Lastly Ryujin another childhood friend.

Kang Hyewon my childhood friend and my sister Chaeyeon's girlfriend. Let me explain, you see Hyewon was my first ever girlfriend, no I mean girl friend with a space between the words.

Even when Chaeyeon and Hyewon got together they still tried to not make me feel left out, and that even meant bringing me along on dates. Of course me and Hyewon still hung out together but it was just different.

Then the next letter was sent to Jo Yuri. You see I first started having a crush on her during the freshman dance.

I was alone and went to talk to Yuri when I complimented her about her outfit and she complimented me about my hair. Then I asked her if she wanted to dance. She replied with one of the best lines I could ever hope for... 'I thought you would never ask.'

The third letter was sent to Choi Jisu or more known as Lia. I went to Model UN with her in fifth grade.

Fun fact, she was also part of a friend group that I had with two other girls I wrote letters to. The thing is she moved away and I haven't been able to contact her since.

And the fourth and last recipient was, Shin Ryujin. Unlike the others we actually kissed once.

You see me and Ryujin went to a party together, now that I think about it more like a small friend get together. So we were playing spin the bottle and of course the bottle landed on her. So for a fact Ryujin was my first kiss.

I mean if you can count it like that.

Anyway I'm going to start a new year at school... Without Chaeyeon because she's going to Japan for university. I can't be with Chaemin either because she has middle school in a different building.

What sucks even more is that I'm a loner and have no other friends apart from Yuna.

But that's my life, I spend my time in my room reading romance novels. One thing I always fantasize about is finding my one true love.
