Breaking Point

Part 1

I wake up sitting at a strange table.
How did I get here?
I check over myself, I'm unharmed. I glance up and look around the table I'm seated at. It's a dark, polished wood and I can't see anyway walls or anything really. Just the sputtering light bulb that hangs abovethe middle of the table. I'm a little surprised to see people I know. Kelera, Dakota, Abbey, Avery, Annie, Ari, and Adam.

I catch Keleras eye.
"What happened?" I ask her. Her eyes flick around the room and she doesn't answer. As she goes to stand up, a monotoned voice echoes around the darkish room.
"Please stay seated for now, the game will begin shortly."
"Where the fuck are we?" an angry voice yells across the table.
"How'd I know? Just woke up cause of your yelling, dumbass!"
Some more people start yelling and an argument springs to life. Just as Ari stands up, the voice speaks again.
"Please stay seated for now, the game will begin shortly."
"Shut it, I'll go where I want bitch!" He yells, and there's a sizzling noise suddenly. There's a flash, and suddenly I can't see him anymore. Adam, who was sitting next to him looks shocked.
"He's..  dead." He half whispers, staring at the burnt body of his friend. We all sit in silence for a while, I'm not sure. Some people are crying.

After a while, there's a whirring noise and a gun is dropped onto the middle of the table. As we stare at it, the voice crackles to life once more.
"The rules are simple. When you get the gun, you must shoot someone. If you fail to do so, you will be terminated. You can not shoot someone who is already dead. You must stay in your seat unless directions are given."
