This All Started Too Soon. We All Jumped And That Was It. I Felt Like I Was Going To Die. Well, To Tell The Truth, I Didn’t Feel Anything. I Wasn’t Sure How Everything Was Going To End Up. We Were All Getting Closer Now And I Was Thinking To Myself, “This Is How I’m Going To Die, Well It Was Coming One Day”. I Had To Put Some Humor In There, It May Be The Last Thing I Really Laugh At! I Was Getting To The Nervous Point When I Looked Up And Saw A Plane. The Plane Was So Loud That It Blew My Ear Drums Out. I Couldn’t Hear A Thing. All Of A Sudden I Saw The Ground. The Gut Feeling Kicked In When I Fell And Hit A Tree And Smashed My Head Into The Bark. I Was Wondering What Happened To All Of Us, But Then I Blacked Out.

I Woke Up With The Sounds Of Beeping And People Screaming. My Hearing Came Back To Me. I Couldn’t Open My Eyes Fully, But I Heard Someone Saying, “Go Get Dr. Jay”. I Wasn’t Really Realizing What Was Going On But My Head Was Pounding, Someone Said Call A Doctor, And I Could Hear Beeping So I’m Guessing I Was In An ER. I Couldn’t Stand All The Commotion So I Closed My Eyes And Eventually Passed Out.

I Woke Up To Silence. I Thought, “What Happened?”. I Opened My Eyes And Realized I Was In A Hospital Room. I Heard Talking From Outside The Room And I Kind Of Got Startled. These Two People Walked In And Said, “Hello Ms. Shay”. The Person Was A 5’11 Black Male And Looked Professional. The Other Person Was A Female Nurse. The Nurse Said, “Ms. Shay, This Is Detective Miller And He Is Going To Ask You A Few Questions”. The Detective Said, “I’ll Take It From Here”. He Set Down Took Out A Voice Recorder, And Said, “Ms. Shay Do You Know Your Name?”. I Thought And Answered, “Lisa”. He Then Said, “Do You Know What Happened Saturday?” I Thought And Answered, “What Day Is It?” He Said, “Monday, You Have Been In A Comma For Two Days, So Do You Know What Happened?” I Thought, And It All Came Back To Me.
