"daeun!! mom and dad wants to talk to you!" a loud knock interrupted the girl and with voice of her brother.
the girl turns to the the boys. "i'll be going out in a bit guys. stay quiet okay?" she says.
they only nod and continue what they were doing as daeun heads out of her room.
she hurriedly walks down the stairs. the girl skips a step and sees both her parents sitting in the living room. it looked like they just got out of work as they were still in work clothes.
"i'm here! what's the matter?" daeun asks and sat down on a vacant seat infront of them.
her mother was the first to speak up and smiled warmly at her. "we're holding a party tomorrow to celebrate our 10 years of successful business."
daeun smiles widely and claps cheerfully. she's always happy about her parent's businesses since she knows how hard they work for it to be really good at management. "that's great! where though?"
"here at the house dear. it'll start at 2 pm in the afternoon. guests from other companies will be coming over to celebrate. i hope you're okay with that. i just need you to be with us for a little then you can do anything you want after."
upon hearing what her father just said, she froze a little bit. a party? at their house? she was worried for the 18 boys in the room. daeun really didn't want anyone to find out about them.
she had no choice. nonetheless, she nods with a smile and stands up from the couch. "okay! i'll look forward to tomorrow." says daeun and finally leaves the living room, quickly making a run up the stairs to her room.
