The Iwatobi needs some help on finding their passion again for swimming. So Gou tries her best to think of a way to do that. She then runs into OC who used to be in one of her classes before they moved to a few towns away. The two catch up taking about normal things friends do. Gou confides in OC telling them she doesn't know how to help the guys get out of their funk. That is until Gou learns that OC surfs very well and they teach classes to younger kids. Gou asks OC to help her and teach the guys how to surf to help them connect with the water again.
