"Ok, Jaime..We'll be home before midnight... We cannot assure you that we'll have McDonalds by the time we return but..We'll try." My elder brother vacillated while I watch him and eomma get in his car that is parked on the sidewalk.

"I'll slaughter you, if you don't get me my McDonalds"I threatened but he laughed instead.

"Sure you will, twiggy."James mocked as he closed the car door.

Eomma smiled at me before proceeding in the car, James-Oppa started the car and the engine started revving.

I waved them a goodbye as the car went off.

I looked up the orange sky before retreating in and closing the door behind me.

I went into the kitchen & grabbed the bag of Doritos that is sitting on the counter before running to the living room then jumping on the couch and plumping all the cushions beside me to make myself comfortable.

I opened the bag of doritos then started grabbing multiple chips at a time like a claw machine as I opened the TV and went to Netflix.

Peacefully watching the Kdrama I have chosen while chomping on the chips, I was disturbed by a loud thud from upstairs.

I stopped chewing then looked up to our ceiling and paused the episode as I placed the bag of chips on the coffee table.

I stood up, walked to our staircase and went up to our second floor.

It was d  a  r  k.

Really dark, looks like a scene from a horror movie.

The only light illuminating the dark hallway is the tall lampshade at the end of the hallway.

But I don't giving a flipping nugget if a ghost is somewhere in here, So I shrugged my shoulders then went down the stairs.

Halfway through the staircase, I heard another louder thud, coming from the far end of the hallway, in my room.

And at that moment, My heart sank to the bottom of my soul because I realized something.

"I left my window open."I quavered with my eyes wide as the rising moon outside, I stood in the middle of the staircase for 3 seconds or so before taking action and turning around then running faster than my grandma when she finds out that I'm left alone with no food.

I momentarily tripped in my steps but continued running until I could reach my room.

I turned the doorknob in an inhuman speed then kicked the door open just to discover Huening Kai in the room.

"JESUS CHRIST— HUENING KAMAL KAI!"I shrieked while grabbing my chest, I switched the lights open and confirmed that it really was the beautiful boy I love.

"I like it when you say my full name."He smiled innocently as if he hadn't broke into someone's house.

"Y'know, you should close your window when you're home alone, You never know.. A clown might break into your house."He objected then turned around to close the window.

I stared at him as if he was the most beautiful three-headed monster I've ever seen.

"Why you be staring at me like you've seen a ghost or sumn?"He arched his right brow while his pupils went from side to side.
