Getting things ready

Demi POV

2 and a half weeks passed and i finally landed in LA. Andy should be at the airport to pick me up buy when we landed i got a text message form him saying he couldn't come. So i go into my parents car and we headed home. We got him, i took my luggage to my room, Showered and took a nap that plane ride was about 18 hours from Thailand to LA. I slept the rest of the day and woke up early the next morning. I had to wash clothes and pack because i leave in 2 days to Irvine. I got out of bed did my business in the bathroom and headed downstairs. Everyone was still asleep since it was like 7am. I took my clothes to the laundry room and started washing. I also realized i had some shopping i need to get done. I headed upstairs and changed into blue jean shorts and an Air force t shirt with converse. I got my keys and purse and headed to my car. I got in and drove to Walmart. I parked my car and headed inside. I needed a bed Spread. Since the dorms don't provide one and my bed at home a Queen and the dorms is a Single size bed. I found one that didn't have a princess or Barbie on it it was just a single color; purple. I also bought 2 new pillows, School Supplies, A few bath towels, a desk lap and other things a girl well need. I also wanted to get a mini frigerator. I went over to that I ole and looked at the different kind. I saw one that was a good size but even though it was mini i couldn't pick it up.

"Need help" I heard a familiar voice behind me. I turned around and saw Joe in an employee uniform

"So this is where you work" I said stating the obvious

"No, im just playing dress up" He said pointing to his shirt making me laugh

"Well then in that case i do need help, can you help put that in the basket and help put it in my car" I say

"Of course, it is my job to help" He says and picks it up and puts it in my basket

"So was that all you need" He asked

"Yup, i just need to cheek out now" He says

"Well ill come with you so i can help put it in your car" He says

"Thank you" I say and we walk towards the check out line.

"So what's all this for" He asked looking in my basket

"Just getting stuff for the dorm, i leave in 2 days" I say

"You excited" He asked.

"I am, i just want these two days to go by fast" I say

"You came back today from your vacation" He asked

"No yesterday but i got home and sleep so im doing as much as i can today so i can rest and finish last minute things tomorrow" I say

"When did you go" He asked

"Thailand" I say

"Wow how was that" He asked

"It was beautiful we saw a lot over there" I say

"Well im glad your back and safe" He says

"Yeah it was a long 18 hour flight" I say

"Wow" He says and i get everything scan and we go out to my car.

"How was the graduation party, sorry i couldn't make it" I say

"It's okay, it was fun i actually don't remember much" He says laughing making me laugh. We get to my car and put everything inside.

"So i guess ill dee you around" He says

"Yeah, Once i get the game schedule ill send it to you" i say

"Okay, ill see you then" He says and i give him a hug then get into my car and head home. I left everything in my car since i don't have a reason to take it down. I go inside and only my dad and Bailey are awake.

"Hey sweetie where did you go" He asked

"I had to buy a few things for the dorm" I say then going to the Landry room and out my clothes in the dryer and put another load in the washer

"Had you two eaten" I asked

"Cereal" My dad said

"You could of called and told me to pick up something" I said.

"I thought you were still asleep" He says

"Right" I say and make my self a bowl of cereal. I texted Andy

Good morning baby, i miss you i hope i can see you today :(

I send him but didn't get a reply back. I sign and realize i had my last check to pick up at the Little Gymnastics. I finished eating, washed my bowl and went to the living room.

"Hey, dad im gonna go to Little Gymnastics to pick up my last check" I say

"Can i go" Bailey ask

"Sure, go get dressed and maybe we can stay for a bit" I say and she goes to her room. I also go to my room and change into Yoga pants. I meet Bailey downstairs. We said bye to my dad and head out the door.

We pull up to the gym and walk in and Andy mom was at the front desk.

"Hello Demi" She says and hugs me and Bailey

"Hey, we just came to say hi and so i can pick up my last check" I say

"Oh right, come this way" I followed her to the office and Bailey ran toward the gym.

"How's Andy i haven't spoken to him since i left. He was supposed to get me from the airport but he didn't i texted him this morning and haven't gotten a reply" I say

"Ill let him know you came by, sorry sweetie it's just that Paul (the trainer) has him training like crazy since the Olympic start in 2 weeks" She says

"I understand" I say with a frown on my face

"Here you go sweetie" She says and hands me my check

"Thank you" I say and place it safely in my bag

"No problem, you know well also be here if you need anything, just give us a call or stop by anytime you want. You can keep the key we trust you with it" She says and i hug her.

"Thank you" I say and pull away

"Is it okay if Bailey and i hang out here for a bit" I ask

"Of course" She says and patted my back.

Bailey and i stayed there till the rest of the morning. Andy finally texted me at noon saying.

Sorry baby girl ive been busy, come by i have lunch in an hour

He texted along with the address he's training at. I get Bailey take her home and head to the place he wanted me to go. I picked us up some food since he send another text asking if i can. I get there park my car and walk in with the food in one hand. It's okay 12:55. And he has lunch at 1. I watch him though the mirrors and he looks a amazing. I just wanna run in there give him a hug and kiss because i miss him so much. But i wait 5 minutes, once him and his teammates stop Paul talk's to them and he stops me. He gives me a big smile which i return. Once there done talking he rushes to me and i through my arms around his neck and give him a kiss.
