19 • Romantic Catastrophes

Riker's Point Of View
"You ready Rocky?" I asked him.

"Duh! I've asked out Bethany before dude!" He responded, making a face to prove his confidence.

"Okay! Let's go!" I perked, and opened the door to Rydel & I's hotel room. Bethany & Rydel were in there, both talking. They looked over at us, and smiled. "Hey guys! What's up?" They both asked in unision.
"Well, we were wondering if you 2 lovely ladies, would like to go out on a double date!" I suggested. They looked at eachother,
"Sure! Why not?" Rydel smiled.
"Yes! Okay, we'll pick you guys up at... what time is it right now?" Rocky asked. Bethany looked at her phone,
"5:28."
"We'll pick you guys up; well, Ratliff will! Dress nice." Rocky finished. We left the room, and smiled at eachother.
"Now all we have to do is get ready and fix up the date that we planned!" Rocky smiled proudly.
"Yeah, now if you'll excuse me, I need to go convince Ross, Ratliff, & Ryland to babysit Rylie!"
"Yeah! Dont forget what happened last time that we babysat her!" He said, patting my back and walking out to the lobby.

Rydel's Point Of View
"Okay! What should we wear?" I asked Bethany, while looking in my suitcase. (A/n picture on the side!) "This! Well, this for me!" I chirped, placing the outfit on my bed.
"Ooh! That's cute!!" Bethany squealed. She ran to her room, then returned 7 minutes later.
"This for me!" She said, putting the leather skirt on her waist.
"Rocky would enjoy that!"
"And Riker would enjoy watching you in those high waisted shorts! I must confess!" Beth smiled at me.
"Okay! Let's get ready! Who should get ready in the restroom?"
"You! I'll get changed here," I walked to the restroom, the clothes in my hands.
~40 Minutes Later~
"How do I look?" I asked, coming out of the restroom.
"Perfect. What about me?"
"Gorgeous!"
"Ladies? You ready? I need to drive you to the place Rocky & Riker arranged for your date. And I'm in a rush, I need to help Ross & Ryland babysit Rylie!"
"Coming!" We screamed in unison. We walked to the door, opening it to find Ratliff there with 2 roses."
"Oh, Ratliff! You shouldn't have!" Bethany blushed.
"Actually I didnt! These are from Riker & Rocky." He corrected, handing the pink roses to us.
"Now let's go!" Ratliff snapped, pulling our hands and out of the door.

Riker's Point Of View
"Here they come!" I whispered-screamed, ducking Rocky behind the bushes.
"Ow!" He spat. We heard muffled voices that both sounded like Bethany & Rydel's voices.
"Guys?"
"Boo!" We screamed.
"AHH!" They yelped, jumping back. Rocky and I laughed,
"Not funny!" They screamed, both hitting our shoulders.
"Ow..." I moaned. We both stood up, and kissed their cheeks. Rydel instantly smiled, and wrapped her arm around my neck.
"There we go, that's my babey." I smirked, and wrapped my arm around Rydel's waist. I sat her down on my lap, with our arms in the same positions. Bethany was already on Rocky's lap, giggling as he whispered stuff in her ear while smirking. I kicked his knee, as he yelped in pain.
"What was that for?"
"Stop being so dirty!"
"You guys gotta stop hurting me!" Rocky growled, but as soon as he turned to Beth, he winked at her; making her smile again.
"Okay, what are we eating? I'm hungry!" Rydel piped.
"We are having Alfredo Pasta with garlic bread." I responded.
"And we know that's a little bit, but we wanted to make sure you guys weren't full by dessert because we have a very delicious suprise for you guys!" Rocky continued.
"Let's get started then!" Bethany said. I got out the Alfredo Pasta, plates and forks. We served ourselves, and began to eat. Rocky was still whispering in Beth's ear while they were both eating. Meanwhile I was practically flirting with Rydel ; twirling her hair around my finger, pecking her lips multiple times, and rubbing my nose against hers.
Rydel ate another spoonful of Alfredo Pasta, finishing of her plate.
"Done!" She said, throwing the plate in the garbage bag near us.
"We've been done since like 16 minutes ago!" Rocky smiled.
"Okay, who's ready for some.... CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRIES?!!?" Rocky and I screamed.
Rydel and Bethany gasped, as Rocky opened the container.
I grabbed one, feeding it to Rydel as she moaned.
Bethany grabbed one as well, except she fed it to Rocky.
I felt a water drop on my head,
"Uh-Oh. Rocky did you check if it was gonna rain?"
"No. Why?"
"Cause I think it is gonna rain!!! Run!" I screamed, throwing the things in the picnic basket, and stood up.
I carried Rydel bridal style all the way to the bathroom areas with Rocky and Bethany behind.
"I'm wet!" Bethany sneered, shaking her head to get all of the water out.
Rydel stepped out of the area, and started twirling in the rain.
"It's not so bad! Riker come on!" She laughed. I put the basket down and walked towards her.
I looked over at Bethany & Rocky.
"She's right! It's not gonna hurt you guys!"
Rocky carried Bethany out, and twirled her around, making her giggle.
Rydel wrapped her arms around my neck as I grabbed hold of her waist, and did the same.
I placed her down, and looked in her eyes; leaning in and kissing her lips.
'So cliché!'

~Later at the Hotel~
I throw Rydel over my shoulder, and run inside the hotel.
She giggled, as I went up the stairs.
Since our room was on the second floor it wasn't that much. Sure we got stares, but I didnt care.
I placed Rydel on the ground, and wrapped my arm around her waist.
I knocked on Ross and Ryland's door, Ratliff coming out of the room with Rylie on his shoulder.
"Mommy! Daddy!" Rylie squealed, hopping off of Ratliff's shoulder.
She hugged my feet, just as Rocky came in with Bethany.
"Rylie?" Rocky asked her.
"Yeah?"
"Your mommy and daddy are crazy!"
