Tobirama merely hm-ed.

"Please stay awhile, let's celebrate our alliance."-the host invited him and he had no choice but to accept.

Tobirama was in a foreign country to form a compact and despite him itching to return home, he had to act polite.

So there they are, seated on sitting mats in front of a low table full of liquor and meat, entertainers sorrounding them.

Tobirama held his irritation inside. He wanted to go home! Was that too much to understand!

He promised you, his wife that he won't be drinking alcohol or fool around during the time he is away. And what is he doing?! Albeit unwillingly, he was in a room full of alcohol and female entertainers!

Furthermore, it was too noisy in here with all the chattering and booming laughter. He wanted to cuddle with you while listening to your songs.

"Sir. I need to attend to urgent matters back at the Leaf so if you would excuse me."-he tried to sound polite but wanted nothing more than to drown this inconsiderate host.

Speaking of the host, he was playing around with a woman and completely ignored Tobirama.

Something ripped and the room went silent. They turned to the sound and the host's eyes widened.

In Tobirama's hands are two pieces of paper.

"You! That is our contract! How dare you tear it?! Do you wish to cancel the contract?!"-he shouted.

"Yes! The contract is canceled! If you can't even cooperate with me, how can you work with Konoha?!"

The host jumped when Tobirama's authoritive voice boomed.

With a glare sent to the host, he left the room. He immediately transported to the seals he left along the way to return to the Leaf quickly. This country was at least a week away from the Leaf but it could be cut down to a day with his Flying thunder god Justu.

After a while, he transported to his brother's office and put the scroll containing his report on Hashirama's desk. Then, he transported to the seal to your house.

Hashirama, meanwhile. He blinked when his brother suddenly appeared and a scroll dropped to his desk then Tobirama was gone.

"Was it an imagination?....."

You squealed when you were suddenly engulfed in warmth. You looked up to see the source and you gasped.

"Dear!"

Tobirama hugged you tighter and you wrapped your arms around him.

"I missed you too."-you said and he hummed.

"Why were you outside? It's nighttime and its cold..."-Tobirama muttered and you smiled, snuggling closer to him.

"I had a feeling that you would be returning tonight. I couldn't help it."

You looked at his eyes when he remained silent and you saw guilt flash in his red orbs.

"Is something bothering you?"

"I'm sorry love. I..."

"Hmm? I trust you Tobirama. I know you won't betray my trust."

"I know... I'll always love you."

"Hm? What did you say?"

Tobirama grunted and you chuckled. You brought him closer and connected your lips with his.
