Mitchi's POV
Eight months went by and it's a couple days after my twenty sixth birthday. I was standing in the bridal room at Mary, Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Church. There was a knock and Dad walked in. "Hey, Dad," I smiled.
"Excuse me, Miss Gracie Williams, I'm looking for my daughter," Dad stated. Grace smiled and pointed at me. "No, no, no. I think you're mistaken because that is an angel."
"Dad," I smiled.
"I'm just messing with you," Dad smiled. "You look gorgeous. Just like your mother on our wedding day."
"Thanks, Dad," I replied.
"Grace Williams?" Caleb poked his head in. "I was told I'm walking with you down the aisle."
"Yes," I pointed. "My man of honor and my maid of honor are walking down the aisle together. The best man, Grace's Dad, is walking down the aisle with Kala." I turned and looked at Kala. "Come here, Kala." I faced her towards the mirror. "You look just like a princess today. It's just another day for you, Kala."
"Mommy, you look like a princess too!" Kala smiled.
"I do," I nodded. I turned her around to face me and I squat down in front of her. "So, you're gonna go with your Uncle Caleb and Auntie Gracie there, and they're going to take you to Danno, okay?"
"Okay, Mommy," Kala stated.
"Let's go, Kala," Caleb smiled. She walked up to him and he picked her up. "You'll see Mommy soon."
"Go on, guys," I replied. They walked away. Dad looked at me as he handed me my bouquet. "Dad, don't cry."
"My little girl is growing up. I never thought I'd see the day," Dad nodded. "Steve McGarrett is a lucky guy."
"You raised me to have high standards for myself," I stated. "That's the only reason why I moved to Hawaii. I had to learn it on my own because you and Mom were my training wheels while living in LA." I looked at him. "I learned a couple things while having Kala. I wanted to give her a life she could learn from. Also, I wanted her to have high standards from the beginning, unlike her father."
"I say this a lot but Kala's a Kay," Dad nodded. "She's your daughter and I know you won't let her make the same mistakes you did."
"I'm trying, Dad," I smiled.
"Come on," Dad held out his hand. "Let's get you married."
"Okay," I nodded. We went through the ceremony and Steve and I were finally together for life. We went through the reception and our guests left. The only one's left were my family, LAPD SWAT, Five-O, and Street. They were helping to clean up the location of the reception. Steve walked up to me carrying Kala. "Is she asleep?"
"Yeah," Steve nodded. Steve handed her off to me. "Have you figured out where we're having her birthday?"
"Yeah," I replied. "Hey Dad, we'll be coming to LA in a couple months for Kala's eighth birthday."
