Chapter 14

At lunch

Jade's POV
"Hey Tori, we need to talk."

"Sure, what about?"

"I-i-i"

God it hurts me to say it. I really don't want to but... I can't lose my reputation

"What is it?"

"I... think we should break up..."

"What? Why I thought our relationship was going so well."

"Well it's not. I'm not happy with it."

"Was it something I did?"

"I'm not comfortable being seen around with you. It's too embarassing being seen with someone who is crazy like you. I can't believe your parents are actually proud of you, if you were my child I would have disowned you along time ago. You call that horrible voice of yours singing but it sounds like people dying in "The Scissoring"."

I could tell that broke her heart right there. She was starting to tear up and she looked down to the floor. I never wanted to hurt her. Did I do the right thing?

"I can't believe you have the heart to say all those things. Was this trip to Switzerland just your way of breaking my heart?"

"Yes. I figured it would be more fun to make you have high expectations to just crush it."

Tori ran out after that and left Jade sitting there alone

*beep*

Jade's texting conversation with Unknown

Unknown: Good job, you did the right thing.

Jade then looks around trying to see if there's anyone that could be unknown

Unknown: Don't try looking, you'll never find me.

Jade: Just why are you blackmailing me?

Unknown: I have my reasons.

Jade: Tell me!

Unknown: I'll tell you in the future but not now. Let's just say that Tori Vega ruined my reputation.

Jade: I don't believe that. Tori's too nice.

Unknown: She's really not. If you keep dating her eventually your reputation will be ruined to. Maybe even worse then mine.

Jade got back to the hotel and realized all of Tori's stuff were gone

Jade then lays on her and starts to cry

Jade's POV
What have I done? I never wanted to break up with her. I don't even know if I made the right choice. Hopefully I'll forget about her tomorrow.

Tori's POV
I went back to the hotel, tears still running down my face, I pack all my stuff as fast as I could. I couldn't understand why Jade suddenly broke up with me and I most definitely cannot understand why she said all of those. Did she actually mean it? I thought it was going so well. Then again I should've expected this. It's Jade after all. I guess some people never change. I never want to see her again. Thank god we still have a month of summer break.

I was now in the airplane, sitting alone waiting to go back home. This was the worst vacation ever.

Tori got home the next morning

"Tori? Your mom early. Are you ok sweetie? Where's Jade?" My mom asked.

I couldn't say anything, I just started to tear up.

"Oh my god, what happened?"

"J-j-jade broke up with me..."

"Oh sweetie, I'm so sorry. But I thought it was going so well."

"So was I, I just.. I don't know what happened. I want to be alone."

"Ok sweetie. Just tell me if you need anything."

Maybe I should try texting Cat and see if she knows anything. After all Cat is probably closer to her than I am.

Tori's texting conversation with Cat

Tori: Hey Cat, are you there?

Cat: Yeah, heyyyyy. How's it going with you and Jade in Switzerland?

Tori: *crying emojis* Jade broke up with me.

Cat: What!! She loves you though, how could she do that?

Tori: I don't know, but I already packed my stuff and came home.

Cat: I'll try to talk to her.

Cat's texting conversation with Jade

Cat: Jade

10 min later

Cat: Jade?

20 min later

Cat: Jade, what happened?

1 hour later

Cat: Please text me back. I'm getting worried.

3 hours later

Jade: Hi Cat.

Cat: Oh my god! Jade where were you?

Jade: Sorry, I was busy.

Cat: What happened with you and Tori?

Jade: I broke up with her.

Cat: Why? I thought you loved her!

Jade: I thought so to but... I changed my mind.

Cat: I don't believe you.

Jade: You don't need to. But if you see Tori just tell her I'm sorry.

Cat: When will you be home?

Jade: In a month.
