Lily expected to get time traveling right away, but of course she needed ALOT of training. Nicolas was her training partner because he had to go on the time travel with her too. "This is taking forever, by the time we are done training I'll be 100 years old!" Lily complained.
"Don't think about it like that Lily, if you just let time pass it will feel like a second!" Nicolas said.
"I'm not so sure about that..."Lilly said.
" Trust me, after all, that is what time traveling is all about!"Nicolas winked." I promise. "
" Ok" Lily sighed.
It turned out Nicolas was right, it wasn't long before Mr Rider said,"Lilly, Nicolas I think you two are ready for this, just one more simulator practise tomorrow morning to be sure. If you are ready, we will suit you up and you'll set of on the mission!"
Lily was so excited that she couldn't even sleep at night. She was so happy that she didn't even realise that she had not asked Mr Rider where she was going on the adventure.
The next morning, she and Nicolas practised in the simulator one more time before they got suited up and into the time machine. Mr Rider explained everything except where they were going. They were just about to set off when Lily shouted, "Wait! I need to ask a quick question, where ARE we going?"
"Umm...oh yeah, where ARE you going..." Agent S said.
"Hmm.." went Agent C.
"Well... we don't really know, it just depends on where the machine takes you." Mr Rider replied.
"Oh... ok." Nicolas whispered under his breath.
He was not happy about it. They had no time to argue though, so Agent S and Agent C began the machine. It rumbled and growled and made very much weird noises.
It rumbled again and shot off in the sky. "Bye!!!" Every Agent of the Agency were waving at Lily and Nicolas in the machine. "There is no Turing back now." Lily said.
"Yup." Nicolas replied back.
