I would sigh, obviously thinking of how this was even possible. But then I remembered that I had saw it too! It was a shiny necklace that she was wearing when I was looking at her and it looked EXACTLY like an Energem. But... how?

RILEY'S POV
I would sigh, "Now that I think about it, Chase..." He looks at me, concerned if I believe him. "I saw it too." Chase gives me a surprised look, "You saw it too?!" He practically shouts and I quiet him down. I notice that the girl is now looking at us, and I would awkwardly wave at her. She would wave back, looking confused. "Of course I saw it too. I saw something shiny and it was clearly an Energem... though, I thought Keeper said there was only ten. How did she have one?" Chase would shrug, having no idea as well. Before we could discuss anything further, I noticed that Kendall was staring directly at us, obviously mad so I had quickly went back to my shift and Chase went back to the girls table.
ALICEN'S POV
"W-... What was that all about?" I said, my voice a little shaky because I had been a little nervous the fact that he knew about my Energem. "Nothing important, just some work stuff." Chase says, acting all casual. He was obviously hiding it up, I could tell, but I just ignored it to the best of my ability. Suddenly, I notice that Chase's face began to look more serious as he looked me dead into my eyes. I felt my heart pounding very fast at this point, and I couldn't help but gulp. "Now..." He stops and continues to look me dead in the eyes, "How do you have an Energem? How did you bond to it? And WHY do you have it? There's only ten Energems. How did you get it?" Chase was blasting questions into my face, and I didn't know how to answer it. I could feel myself feeling getting dizzy and my world began to spin. "I-I... I..." The words wouldn't come out of my mouth, but suddenly... pitch dark black.
"Alicen?!" Chase had caught me before I hit my body hard onto the ground, "Alicen?!" He shouted again, and now Chase's workmates had quickly surrounded Alicen. "What are you doing there?! Call an ambulance or something!" Kendall said, but Chase disobeyed Kendall... instead, they brought Alicen to their base
