ALICEN'S POV
How long is this gonna go for? I'm not sure if I can go for much longer... Chase seems like a genuine kind-cute boy, but I don't wanna be involved in love right now... "Are you ready to order now?" My waiter, Riley, had come back with his notepad in his hand to write down my order. "O-Oh! Yeah. I would like a Dino Burger and the Crispy Fries." I offer him a smile and watch as he writes down my order, I still couldn't help but feel mesmerized by his looks and... super dorky personality. And that's a good thing, keep in mind!
"Alright, I'll have your order coming right up in about 10-15 minutes." Riley smiles, and I would nod as he heads off back over to the counter. "Seems like you and Riley get along well," Chase says, talking right directly at me. "H-Huh?" I was confused at first then I realized what he was saying, "What? Its the truth!" He smiles and I couldn't help but smile as well. "He's my waiter, the least I could do is be polite, yeah?" I say and he nods. "Oh yeah. Yeah. That too." I couldn't help but laugh as he was just so clueless that he forgot about being respectful and polite.
RILEY'S POV
As I dropped off the paper of the order for the girls table, I still couldn't help but stare at her. Something about her, I don't know. I have a weird feeling... But it definitely something that I hadn't felt before.
"Riley?" A voice said, but I hadn't paid attention. "Riley?" The voice called out again but it was different. Though, once again, I wasn't paying attention. I couldn't help but stare at her. "Riley!" This time their voice became harsh as they yelled at me. "H-Huh?!" I would look baffled but in shock. "Riley, what are you staring at?" Then I realized it was just Shelby and Tyler. "Hey buddy, what are you staring at?" Tyler said, looking at me with confusion. "Oh! No. It's nothing. I wasn't looking at anything." I quickly started panicking, trying to look normal as possible. "Uh-huh... because it seemed you were staring at that girl... and- CHASE?!" Shelby yells in shock and I ask her to quiet down as Chase gestures a confused look at us.
"Dude, is Chase messing around AGAIN? That poor girl. It must be a living h*ll (Sorry. I don't swear.) for her." Shelby sighs, generally feeling bad for the girl. "Calm down, Shelby, it'll be fine." Tyler says, and as they were talking to eachother, I was STILL staring at her! I really couldn't help it at this point, it was something in me that felt the need to just... feel the need to help her out.
