I got help and people who I never nodiced cared so my advice, open your eyes put down the blade and look at see how many do care about you as you've seen it's slow and painful I was about to end it and then one person made me open my eyes and now I have help and it may be rough but it will be a beautiful life when the casualties are over trust me just reach out and someone will grab your hand
I used this at a place to reach out and to understand how I'm. Feeling it helps to write it down to draw It out to sing dance or what ever you do.
But stay strong and don't focus on the wrong
