Bethany

This was a disaster. So basically, I tried to make some pasta for dinner, and guess what? It exploded.

I'm not even kidding right now. The noodles are literally everywhere!

"Uh, guys... I made a mess..." I yelled while scanning the place. It looked as if I dumped the pasta under the fridge or something.

"What the hell are you doing?!" A loud voice emerged from the living room. I looked up only to see the one and only, GLASSES BOY.

"I dumped the pasta on the floor." I said sarcastically while pointing at the mess I made. He looked at me with an 'are you serious' face, I just rolled my eyes.

"What's all this about?" I looked over Jacob's shoulder to see Keith walking down the hallway. "I'm sorry! I'm accident prone." I mumbled as I picked up the mess.

He just laughed and called Seth over, and oh my God, he was hiccuping. "Come -hic!- here -hic!- Seth, this is -hic!- hilarious!" He managed to say without much hiccuping. God, this was weird!

-After cleaning and eating-

"Guys, I think I'll pass movie night." I managed to say without falling asleep on the couch.

"What?!" All of them said at once. "Friends never miss movie night!"

I thought it was cute that they considered me as a friend, I most definitely didn't think we were, not trying to sound mean. (A/N: Beth has some serious sass going on! Dang gurl)

"What are you gonna watch though?" I quickly said while I grabbed my phone. "Paranormal Activity 2" Seth said while running his hands through his blonde quiff. I shivered at the thought of having to watch that movie, I hated horror movies.

"Are you scared or something?" Jake asked with a slight smirk on his face. "No, of course not." I tried to act cool, but failed again. I earned a playful scoff from Brent. "Don't worry Beth, Jacob will be the one to protect you!" Jake nudged Jacob who obviously was on his phone. His face turned a light shade of red when he realized what Jake said. "Whatever dude, I'm busy." He spat. "Busy with what? Jessie?" "Why the hell would I be busy with Jessie?" Who in the world was Jessie? Was she that girl in the picture? I sat there trying to act as if I wasn't bothered by 'Jessie' or whatever.

She cheated on him and he, most definitely, didn't deserve that.

"Who's Jessie?" I whispered to Keith, who was beside me. "His ex." He said flatly. My face turned red as a tomato out of anger. " Hey, I'll be getting some sleep." I said trying to sound normal. I got some 'yeah's and some 'kay's. I rushed to the room and stripped of my clothes. I got some comfy pajamas and changed.

I climbed the bunk and pulled the blanket. I couldn't seem to sleep. My mind was filled with things I can't seem to put together.

Jacob

"So Jacob, you're still into Jessie?" Keith said as he inserted the disk into the player. "Why would I be? Besides, she's the one who cheated on me" I said casually.

They all looked confused. Jake looked at me as if he didn't know that she cheated. "Wow, I never knew she cheated on you." He said sadly. I just let out a small chuckle. "Why else would I break up with a girl? I'm not the one to initiate a break up unless they cheat on me." I said quietly.

"Change subject guys. Let's talk about something else, like Beth." Brent said as if it was normal to talk about her.

"Do you like her or something?" Seth looked up from his phone giving a light laugh. I was a little worried, to be honest. They haven't even got to initiate a full on conversation with her! "Dude no. I'm not into dating yet." Brent said silently. The moment he said that, I was relieved. "Yet." I repeated. He just nodded and grabbed his phone.
