"oh? you two are back early. it's only 7:05?" my mum said while putting the dishes into the cupboards and draws. "y-yeah. the movie finished early." i said while taking off my shoes, jisung following my actions.

"mum, can jisung stay in my room?"
"of course!"

"keep the door 3 centimetres open,
y/n!" dad calls out from the living room. "i will!"

we sat around in my room, talking about all the shitty teachers we have on our schedules. soon enough it became 8:30.

"hey y/n?"
"yes jisung?"
"let's be together for a long time. in high school, things could... start, you know?"
