Absentmindedly, you ran your fingers over the knit red scarf you were wearing. Toga had given you the accessory before you'd left the hideout earlier today, muttering something about Tomura being less likely to murder your friend if you were wearing a colour he was fond of.
Trying to collect your thoughts, you took a breath of the cold autumn air. Hina should be arriving here any minute, where you'd requested that she meet you at sunset. You were standing outside of the cafe, in Akihabara, where you two had meant to go the week earlier.
"Hey, (y/n)!" A voice yelled, as a girl clad in a lime green coat that went a little past her waist, waved at you.
"About time, Hina." You said casually, as the girl ran up to meet you. Concern was clear in her expression.
"So, you realize you owe me an explanation, right?" Hina inquired, running her fingers through her green and black bangs. Placing her hands on her hips, crinkling the green fabric and glaring at you, "Where in the living hell have you been?"
Overly aware of the disapproval in her eyes, you spoke, "Please just drop it Hina, I'm fine. That's all you need to concern yourself with."
The girl grabbed your shoulders, shaking you slightly. "Are you kidding me? I didn't know if you were okay- if you were safe. Where the hell have you been?"
Glancing behind you, to a dark alley, you spoke, "Please Hina, I'm not in danger, but I think you may be."
"What is going on (y/n). I'm not kidding around anymore." She stated, trying to look past you.
"I'm begging you here." You pleaded. Why couldn't she get the hint, it wasn't like you were being subtle. Just drop it. For once in her life, she just needed to drop it.
"No." She stated simply.
Noticing a black figure approaching from the shadows, you bit your lip. You were sure she could seen the apprehension clear on your face, as you leaned over toward Hina and whispered, "Please... don't panic."
Looking at you with confusion, she tried to speak. "What are you-"
The dark figure came up behind her, placing three pale fingers on her neck. The light from the streetlight reflected off of his red eyes, as he rasped, "Aren't you going to introduce yourself?"
Hina's face turned ghostly pale and her purple eyes widened. She looked at you, with both horror and fear, as the young hero began to tremble.
"Tomura, please." You muttered, a pleading tone in your voice.
"She can introduce herself, can't she? I'm willing to have a conversation with her, if that's what you want (y/n)." Shigaraki said, fingers still resting on Hina's throat. He grinned at you, a twisted enjoyment in his eyes. "I don't have to kill her."
"Wh-why does this villain know who you are?" Hina queried, still trembling.
"She's kidding right?" Shigaraki questioned, tightening his grip on her neck, "You know (y/n) knew how to introduce herself, don't you have any manners?"
Eyes wide, something clicked in Hina's mind and she stuttered, "You called him Tomura, didn't you- that means that this man is the leader of the League of Villains." She paused gulping, "Tomura Shigaraki."
"I guess I am pretty famous these days." Shigaraki stated, a glint of amusement in his eyes. He would be rather unassuming, if you were oblivious to the malevolence his black hoodie disguised so well. Smiling widely, he let his light blue hair fall over his face, obscuring his eyes, "So, are you going to introduce yourself? I owe it to (y/n) to hear you out. She insisted that I at least do that, before I decide if you should die."
