I cried in my bedroom and wished I could get rid of Yeosang, I was so stressed and I felt lonely. I wanted someone to love, and to hold bit I'm not allowed to date. I let out a heavy sign as I was thinking about what to do, I could date Wooyoung but he's not my type! I hate playboys. There wasn't anyone who could take me away from this hell, suddenly the window flew open and there he was. "What's wrong? Why didn't you scream and run away?" Hongjoong asked while coming into my room. Usually I would run away from him but I didn't want to see Yeosang.
"What is it like to be dead?" I asked and he set down next to me.
Hongjoong: "I guess it's painful, I'm not sure really. I was born to be a vampire, why would you ask such a strange question?"
You: "Because I want to die, Hongjoong will you kill me?" I asked and began to sob but he suddenly held me in his arms.
Hongjoong: "No I won't! Y/N what is this all about?"
You: "My brother has been acting like my father lately and I hate it, I hate the fact that my parents died that night at that stupid café!?" I said and he looked a bit shocked.
Hongjoong: "A café? That's terrible, I am so sorry y/n."
You: "Why are you...." I suddenly stopped mid sentence because I realized what was going on.
You: "You killed them didn't you?" I asked and he rubbed the back of his neck.
Hongjoong: "To be honest, I'm not really sure. Do you have a picture of them?" He asked and I handed him the picture.
Hongjoong: "I didn't kill them, there were a few men and women but no one who looks like them." He said and I felt relieved.
You: "Then who killed them?" I asked.
Hongjoong: "I'm not sure, but I will look into it for you. Now about your brother, I wouldn't worry about it for now. I don't want you too die y/n, so I'll help you much as I can." He said and I hugged him, I accidentally cut my finger on his belt buckle and I was in shock.
I looked at Hongjoong and he licked his lips, "Oh shit." I swore out loud and slowly backed away from him.

"Let me see your finger." He asked and I suddenly let him see, he actually pulled out a tissue and wiped the blood away and now I was confused.
Hongjoong: "I can control my hunger for blood y/n, so don't worry about me eating you any time soon." He said and smirked, throwing away the tissue and sitting me down next to him.
You: "Thanks....Thanks for not eating me like a medium well steak." I joked and he laughed, besides him being a vampire he was actually more human like.
Hongjoong: "I can hear your thoughts y/n." He said and I completely forgot about that, I was thinking about how cute he was.
Hongjoong: "You think a monster like me is cute?" He asked and I shyly nodded.
Hongjoong: "But....I kill people to survive, I'm just a worthless monster."
You: "That's not true! We all have to eat in order to survive, I don't think you're a monster Hongjoong." I said and we looked at each other for a while, not saying anything.
Suddenly his eyes turned blue and he laid me down on the bed, wings came from his back and I knew that something happened to him. I knew this wasn't Hongjoong anymore.
"Hongjoong!" The man shouted and grabbed him, he injected him with something and I was worried about him.

"You made his heart whole, you could've died if I hadn't shown up. Are you okay y/n?" He asked but I just wanted to know how he knew me.
You: "Who are you exactly?" I asked.
Mingi: "I'm Mingi, I'm Yeri's boyfriend. Are you okay? Did he bite you?"
You: "No he didn't, what did you inject him with?"
Mingi: "Just something that'll make him sleep for a while, Hongjoong is extremely powerful when he's at his full form. When a vampires heart beats again it's bad, we can turn into dangerous beasts. Even though my heart beats I'm able to control it, but he's not."
You: "How come?"
Mingi: "Well....He's an idiot, I should take him to rest and you should do the same. We will see you at school tomorrow, I'm attending just to keep an eye on him and someone else. But don't worry about him, He's stubborn as hell." He said and then jumped out of the window with Hongjoong, so I decided to sleep.
