Memory
Three year old Indigo sat in the sun. He wore a long pink gown it stood out among the whites and blacks of the town. His father's laughter echoed as another gun went off. He watched his mother's face twisted into pure joy. Picking up the small child she moved him closer to see.
"Clap honey the blights are gone." His mother made clapping hands and watched as he clapped happily over the sounds of screams. She laughed and handed him off to his father.
"Hey sweetheart you wanna watch," He pointed "look it's your brother."
"JUNJO." Indigo screamed and waved. Junjo looked up his face soften. His young siblings did not realize it. He remembered how he had promised to never leave him. Indigo frowned.
"momma why is Junjo with the blight?" His mother frowned her face twisted with disgust.
"He is a blight like the rest honey. When he does the world would be perfect again." There was a shattering of glass. Time stopped masked men ran all over and grabbed Junjo. Many were able to get out. He was carried away by guards and throw into a van taking him home. Crying and scared he knew never to end up like Junjo.
