Andy’s pov
By the time I got home from school Jake was already at the house helping himself to the food in my house. “Got enough food there?” I ask
“Nope, not yet. But I’m working on it” he said. Once Jake had finished his snack we went up to my room so I could show him my new song. Jake came up the stairs carrying his acoustic guitar.
“So do you think you can put music to it?” I asked Jake once I had finished singing it
“Think so? I know I can” he said smiling “But I think that it’d be good if we got Jinxx to play violin in it”
“True, good idea. Do you think Max will like it?”
“I know she will, she loves you. When do you plan on showing her?”
“I was thinking of recording some of our songs and giving her a c-d with them on,”
“Nice so we better get a move on if you want to give it to her on her birthday” Jake said playing a few chords.
Jinxx burst into my room with his violin, so me and Jake showed him what we had managed to out together. “It’s real good,” Jinxx said “I’ll be able put violin to that”
“Cool thanks”
We practiced together until mum knocked on my door.
“Do you two want to stay for dinner” She asked looking at Jinxx and Jake “We’re having sushi”
“Hell yeah” Jake said
“Yes please” Jinxx replied, mum closed the door and left us to talk about random shit for awhile.
“Hey Andy does Max like sushi?” Jake asked
“Yeah I think so” I said trying to recall what she said bout sushi.
“Good, I approve of her then” We all began laughing.
“Dinners ready!” We heard mum call from downstairs. We all ran downstairs and sat down at the table.
After dinner Jake and Jinxx went home. “What were you guys working on?” Dad asked me.
“A song for Max. It’s going to be and acoustic song”
“That’s nice. When are you going to show her the song?”
“On her birthday” I smiled at the thought
“Are you planning on doing anything else?”
“Yeah, I’m going to take her out for lunch then maybe just hang at the park, then show her the song and then going back to her place for dinner”
“Sounds good son” Dad smiled and patted my back.
