Andy's pov
I woke up to someone poking my cheek, I rolled over to see Max sitting up on my bed poking my face. She was fully clothed, she wore my Batman t-shirt. Grrr that’s mine I wanted to wear that and she wore some grey jeans that she kept here for when she did stay the night. “Morning sleeping beauty” she greeted me smiling
“Morning” I lent up and pecked her on the lips then went off to the bathroom. I was very hung over this wasn’t going to be fun. I didn’t notice at first but I looked in the mirror and saw pen all over my face. I heard laughing from the door and glared at Maxine who was leaning against the door frame, with a camera in her hands.... great. I walked up to her smiling “Maxine, would you please kindly explain why I have pen all over my face?”
“It wasn’t me. If that's what you’re implying”
“Course not, who was it?”
“It was the flying baboons, I tried to stop them but I was no use, they were to strong”
“Riiiight” I said whispering in her ear whilst I grabbed some shaving cream from behind her
“I suppose they did this too?”I squeezed the foam all over her hair making her scream and me laugh at her face.
“Naw love you Max”
“:Love you too”
“How was the party?” Mum asked putting plates of waffles on the table
“It was great, I meet the guys from Modern Day Escape”
“What are they like?”
“They’re real cool and nice, I couldn’t of picked better people for Sandra to change to” I smiled, really meaning it
“That’s good. When is everyone meeting up to say goodbye to her?” Mum asks
“12. She leaves about 1:30 but has to check in and everything”
“Tell her I wash her luck please”
“Course I will. Thanks for the waffles mum” I put my plate in the sink and kissed mum on the cheek
“Thanks Mrs B” Maxine said putting her plate in the sink too. We went to the lounge and turned the TV on to cartoons. “When does your mum get back?” I turn asking Max
“Tomorrow or the next day. It depends if she stays at the compound to catch up on rest and stuff like that since she has a long drive home” She smiled
“Come on leads head to Ashley’s and pick up the car, then meet up with the guys and Sandra” I get off the couch then move over and pull her off.
Me and Max were the last ones to arrive.”Dude what took you guys so long?” Jake asked us when he saw us, making the others turn their heads.
“Traffic and this one had to go buy some stuff from the supermarket” I said
“Like?”
“I had to get some pads and tampons” Max repied, i saw Jakes face looking distrbued
“Huh?”
“You know because im bleeding fro-“ Max started to explain. Luckly for everyone Marti ran up and cover her mouth with his hand. Snadra just laughed at our faces.
“Imma miss you guys” Sandra said pulling us into a hug
“Yeah but you’re going to stay in contact right?” Jinxx said
“Course i am dumb ass” She laughed
“Im going to miss your shortness” Ashley said wrapping his arm around her shoulder. I saw Jamie was coming with him, but i wasn’t sure now she wasn’t here.
“Yea yeah shut up Purdy” Every smiled, we all grabbed a quick lunch before Sandra and the others from Modern Day Escape left and boarded their flight. We all agreed next time we were in the same state, city, country we would try habg out and catc up with each other. It was time for them to board their flight. I watched them board. Once they were out of sigfht we talked and decided to hang out for the rest of the day.
