As I laid in bed that night I couldn't help but have my mind drift over to the thought of the angry ash blonde Bakugou I'd met earlier. I'm never around other teenagers, however I'm pretty sure they're not supposed to be so....aggressive. Unless they're all like that and I've apparently never noticed how other teenagers are. Apart from Toga of course, but she's different. I sighed and turned over in bed, pulling the blankets over me. I closed my eyes and let sleep take me.

When I woke up I yawned and looked over at my clock. Noon?! I thought. "Why did no one wake me up?" I wondered. I climbed out of bed and went into the bathroom to brush my hair and teeth. After all that I threw on a hoodie and a pair of jeans and put my brown hair up in a ponytail. Nothing too flashy, I'm too lazy to look good today. I opened the door to my room and sat down on the couch next to Toga in the common area. I looked around and didn't see anyone else. "Hey Toga?" I asked, "where is everybody?" She looked up from inspecting her nails and said "they explained to me earlier about going on some mission, they said we couldn't come along though." She frowned. "What?!" I declared. "That's so unfair!" "I know!" Toga replied, running a hand through her blonde hair. "By the way, what time did I leave for that walk yesterday?" Toga looked at me weird. "Uh around 4:30 if I remember correctly. Why?" She questioned. "Oh, uhhh no reason." I lied, "just trying to start going on walks regularly. Gotta get my exercise in, and I thought yesterday's time would be good to start a schedule." "Huh, well alright then." She said. "Do you know when they'll all be back?" I asked. Toga looked over at me again. "Who knows. Hopefully they'll be back tonight but knowing them it might be a little while." I sighed. "Yeah I guess you're right." Toga nudged me with her shoulder. "Hey wanna do something fun while we wait for those losers?" She snickered. I raised an eyebrow. "Like what?" I questioned. "Let's paint our nails!" She exclaimed. I gasp, "oh my god yes! Let's do it!" We both shot up off the couch and into the bathroom to paint our nails. Even villains have to look nice sometimes.

I ended up painting my nails black, but with little sparkly diamonds on each one. Toga did a deep red. She had explained earlier how she wanted them to look like the "blood of her enemies." Her quirk involves the extraction of blood from a person so it would make sense she'd want that. We'd also ended up spilling a bottle of polish all over the floor and had to clean it up. That part wasn't so fun, but oh well, what can you do about it? Just then, I remembered about my walk. I grabbed my phone off the bar countertop and checked the time. 4:00, my phone read. I sighed and shoved it in my back jean pocket. I guess waiting another half hour wouldn't hurt. I sat down on the couch thinking back to yesterday. "Maybe he won't even walk the same way home, he was really annoyed with me after all." I muttered. "Did you say something?" Toga asked from across the room. "Nah, just talking to myself." I clarified.

I watched my phone until it turned 4:30. Once it did, I sprang you from the couch and jogged over to the door. "I'm heading out for that walk now Toga!" I called, opening the door. "Okay Fury! Don't forget to-" I never heard the rest of what she was going to say as I'd already closed the door and walked outside. I'd been walking for a few minutes and hadn't seen Bakugou yet, so I decided to sit down on the sidewalk and wait. I closed my eyes for a little bit and after awhile I heard a familiar voice mutter, "damn Deku, thinking he can just one up me like that." While stomping past me. I opened my eyes and stood up, walking over to Bakugou's side. "Hey!" I greeted smiling. He looked up at me and his eyes narrowed in annoyance. "You again?! Seriously?" He asked to no one in particular. I nodded, "yes seriously." He groaned, face palming. I laughed, "oh come on hedgehog, you didn't think you'd be able to get rid of me that easily did you?" I lectured, poking him in the side. He sighed, "you really aren't going to leave me alone are you?" I grinned, "nope! What would be the fun in that?" "So, do you enjoy torturing other people with your ABSOLUTE HORRID company or is it just me?" Bakugou demands, crossing his arms. I shrug. "I guess it depends on who you're asking. I'd say most of my friends enjoy my company for the most part."

"Oh so you actually HAVE FRIENDS? That's odd!" He smirked. I laughed, "contrary to popular belief, I actually do have friends, thank you very much hedgehog." "Would you quit it with that stupid nickname?." He growled. "No, I'll continue to use it, I quite like it." I looked up at him, "so tell me about yourself, where do you walk home from everyday?" He snorted, "why should I tell you anything?" "Because silly, I know where you live. So I could come annoy you every SECOND of EVERY DAY, for the REST OF YOUR LIFE if I wanted to!" I stated dramatically. "Ugh fine, fine. I walk home from school, I go to UA. Because I'm gonna be the number one hero someday! I'll even surpass All Might!" He yelled, and I bit back a gasp. A hero in training? I shouldn't be associating with him. If anything I should bring him back to everybody else and keep him there....but...that doesn't seem right. No. That couldn't be- I was snapped out of my head by Bakugou slapping my shoulder. "HEY FURY! I asked you damn a question! Pay attention!" O-oh! Sorry!" I apologized rubbing the back of my neck, "must've gotten caught up in my thoughts for a second there." He huffed, "you're such ditz." He muttered, shaking his head. "What was the question?" I replied.

"I asked you to tell me something about yourself." I smirked, "oh so I see you're actually intrigued, finally we're getting somewhere!" He glared at me with his crimson red eyes. "What?! No! That's not it, I'm just not letting you get information out of me without getting information out of you! That's not how it's supposed to work dumbass." He hissed back at me. I laughed, for real this time. It's been awhile since I genuinely laughed, now that I think about it. "I guess you're right, what do you want to know?" I murmured, putting my face closer to his. He let out a low growl, "stop getting so close." I raised an eyebrow at him. "Or what?" I challenged, whispering in his ear. He stopped walking and took me by the arm "or else I'll beat the ever living daylights out of you! Now answer the damn question! Tell me something about yourself." "Alright fine, but I'd beat you in a fight any day." He narrowed his eyes, "YOU WANNA GO?!" He snapped charging towards me. I put my hand on his chest stopping him from going any further. "Well if you fight me then you won't be able to hear what I have to say about myself." He backed off, crossing his arms. "Fine, spit it out. But we're gonna keep walking. I don't wanna spend anymore time with you then necessary." I laughed, "fair enough."

"I'll tell you about my quirk, I have shape shifting abilities, however, I can only switch between three forms." I explained as we walked. "I can change into a snow leopard, a wolf, or a small dragon about the size of a large horse. But if I stay in the forms for over fifteen minutes, I start to think like the animal I've taken the form of. It's happened before and it's really scary, so I've learned to watch my time limit closely." Bakugou raised an eyebrow, "impressive. But not as cool as mine." "Yeah sure it isn't hedgehog." "Oh shut up," he laughed. I stopped walking, and so did he. "What?" He questioned look back over his shoulder at me. "Huh, that's the first time I've heard you laugh. Didn't think you were capable of it if I'm being honest." He rolled his eyes once again and we both continued walking on our way to his house.

Once we got to his house I grabbed his arm, "give me your phone." I demanded, holding out my hand. "Excuse me?" He asked, glaring at me. "Just give it." I hissed. "Alright whatever," he said, unlocking his phone and dropping it into my hand. I went into the contacts app and added my name whilst typing my number in. Then after I was done I gave it back to Bakugou. "There, now you can text me if you want." He snorted, "as if, weirdo." I shrugged, "you never know, you might change your mind." I said, winking at him and walking back down his driveway once again. "Bye Bakugou!" I called, jogging off. As I neared home I stopped to think about what he'd said earlier, and how he was a hero. He'd sounded so passionate about it, if we continued to talk I'd tell him who I really was, and then he could make his own decision about me. Just then, my phone dinged and I pulled it out. I had a message from an unknown person who wasn't in my contacts. I smiled, knowing it was Bakugou. What he doesn't know just yet can't hurt him, I thought.

After all, what's the worst that could happen?
