The next day came and it was already a day before Friday. They didn't have any afternoon classes during Thursday either that's why Jeno thought it was the best time he could ask Lami if she can lend some time to talk to Jisung.

"How was the first day of the club?" Hyunjin asked as he sat down and placed his tray on their table.

"It went fine," Jeno shrugged. "Mr. Kim, the temporary adviser of of the club, gave us an activity already."

"Really? On your first day?" Eric asked surprised.

"Yep, it's not that major though." Jeno shrugged. "Park Jisung, that name rings a bell in your ears, right?"

Hyunjin stopped eating when he heard the name and slowly nodded, while Eric was clearly frozen in his seat.

"He's Lami's ex, right Eric?"

Eric hesitantly nodded.

"Well, the first activity he gave us was to get a proper closure with the person who broke our hearts." He started off slowly. "Park Jisung, being a member of the club, asked me kindly if I can help him approach Lami."

"There's mo fucking way I'm letting him near my cousin." Eric glared.

"Listen, Eric. Have you ever heard his side?" Jeno calmed his friend down. "Just like what I expected." Jeno said as he noticed how Eric changed his expression when he heard the question.

"Look, I've heard his side. And I know he's really guilty about what had happened between him and Lami, okay? If you heard his side you'd probably understand."

"How are you so sure that he's being sincere?" Eric debated.

"If someone was too scared to ask for the favor instead of being a prideful jerk, do you think he's still not sincere with his intention?"

"He approached me yesterday looking scared as fuck because he thought I'll be mad if he asked me for that favor, okay? He thought it was so shameless of him, asking to talk to her even after all the things that had happened."

"Whatever." Eric rolled his eyes. "It's still up to Lami if she'll talk to him anyways." He added as he continued eating.

"That's why I'm personally gonna talk to her now, I invited her over for lunch. Jaemin, my club partner, is also gonna come here at our table."

"Oh you have partners?" Hyunjin, who has been surprisingly quiet the whole time, suddenly beamed.

"Well, yeah."

"Oh! Who's Jisung's partner?"

"Chenle Zhong."

"Oh cool!" Hyunjin laughed.

The three of them still continued to talk while eating their lunch. And a good 10 minutes have passed when Jaemin suddenly arrived.

"Hi, Jeno." He greeted the boy and sat down beside him and placed his tray on the table too. "Hi, good afternoon." He greeted the two in front of him.

"Oh Jaemin! Hi!" Hyunjin greeted.

"Hey, Hyunjin." The pink haired male greeted back. "And hi, you must be Eric."
