All starters are basically just dialog that you can just continue on from.
"Trust me love, that's a sentence that you dont want to finish."
"You're going to break his/her/their heart if you pull a stunt like this"
(Could possibly be a friend of my character speaking, but it's up to you)
"And you think it didn't hurt me too?"
"Get out of here. NOW!"
"This is where it ends."
"Then tell me how I'm supposed to be!"
"Do you want me to lose my temper?"
"There's more people than just you in the world!"
"Stop! You're going to hurt yourself!"
"Don't you lie to me!"
