I have picked the prettiest flowers and thrown the smoothest rocks into a lake
I will train my dragon to fly into the clouds and breathe out fire so huge it will light up the night skyBut the homesickness laying deep within me
Weakens my will to flyI learned you inside and out as if you were a subject I couldn't understand for a test I had tomorrow morning
You always kicked in your sleep so I waited until sunrise to go to bed, and you never missed me
