This spoils, like, two of the episodes. And one of them is the first one. So I wouldn't worry too much about the spoilers.
Theory #6
Most of this one is mine. I got the idea from the attached image.
In the first episode, Isabella mentions that Ferb is Phineas's stepbrother. The father figure (Lawrence) is Ferb's actual father, and Phineas's stepfather. This is emphasized by Ferb and his father's accent. The mother figure (Linda) is Phineas and Candace's mother. We never meet Ferb's mother or Phineas and Candace's father.
So who are they?
This theory points to Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz for answers. In the episode "What Do it Do" it is revealed that Dr. Doof and Linda dated for a while, back when they were younger. The head shape of Dr. Doofenshmirtz and Phineas make it possible that Heinz is actually the father of Phineas!
But...what about Candace?
It is shown in the same episode ("What Do it Do") that Linda and Dr. Doof broke up shortly after their movie drive-in date. As of the seventh episode of the first season, Candace is fifteen years old. And according to phineasandferb.wikia.com, the official age of Phineas and Ferb is "less than fifteen". So Candace was already born when Linda and Heinz were dating! But then, who's Candace's dad? This remains a mystery. Suggestions in the comments!
I'll leave you with one more speculation: doesn't Linda look an awful lot like Heinz's ex-wife?
