How you meet:
Your mom's were best friends all through-out high school, so you've known each other since diapers.

How he asks you out:
You and Shawn have talked about dating before, but you've always agreed that neither of you wanted to risk ruining your friendship. You guys always hung out and did stuff together. Every once in a while a rumor would pop up that you guys were dating but you always convinced everyone that you weren't dating. This time, it was harder to convince people that you guys weren't dating. You begin to get irritated, which made Shawn tense up and get upset with you. "Why are you mad? I'm just trying to make sure they know there's nothing going on." You say calmly. "Because what's wrong with them thinking we're dating all the time? Is there something wrong with me?" He asks. He looks at you with an expression on his face that you wish you's never seen in your life. It was a look of sadness and hurt. "Shawn, there's nothing wrong with you. You're amazing. I just thought you wouldn't want people thinking we're dating when we're not." "Well why aren't we? I mean it's obvious we both want to date. So what's holding us back?" He says making you smile. "Does that mean you want to?" He asks with hope filling his voice. You smile widely and nod.

Your first date:
He texts you and tells you to meet him at the park. Your confused as to why he wants you to meet him there at 9:00 p.m. You get dressed into this anyway-(Find the outfit and date setting on polyvore my account is Fasionmodel318)
You walk down the street to the park and see a bunch of lights hanging between 2 trees and a hammock hanging between them as well. You see Shawn sitting on a blanket on the ground holding a guitar in his hand. You walk up and sit next to him. He begins playing the chords to "Life Of The Party", and sings the song to you.
