6- The Power of Regeneration

"Is that Regeneration energy..? ", one of the males asked with his jaw dropped onto the ground.
" it looks like it ", said the other.
" but that's not possible, they're all gone", said the female voice.
The doctor was looking down at astara in disappointment. He looked angry, as he was screaming inside in rage.
Astara still had the ball levitating on her hand, "let me show you", she said calmly.
She crawled across the muddy floor of the room, towards the girl who was laying down. The girl was clenching her stomach, and as she slowly removed her hand, their was a giant cut squelching in blood. There was a green liquid substance around the cut, and it seemed like it was moving inside of the wound.
Astara panicked, and moved her hands around frantically, to create another ball. With both balls in her hands, she pushed pointed her hands forwards close towards the cut, and the balls formed inside her wound, and it began to heal.
Moments later, the wound was gone, and astara stepped up off her knees and brushed her trousers down.
" you shouldn't of done that", the doctor said shaking his head.
"How is that possible?!", the woman said staring at her healed stomach.
" that doesn't matter, what matters is, is what was that outside? " the doctor replied.
"We don't know, we came to investigate this planet from the future. That species out there, I've never seen it before in my life", said the man behind him.
" what did they look like? ", asked astara.
" just roots, or vines, or leaves but they can shape themselves to be and look like whatever they want to be", the other man said.
The doctor clapped his hands together, "names, names. What are your names?!" .
"How can we trust you, you could be a hoax" said one of the men.
"A hoax, that girl just used regeneration energy to save my life. They can't be", the woman said who was now standing up.
She walked over to the doctor and offered her hand.
" I'm Akyssa".
"Sorry, don't wanna catch anything" , the doctor said With A disgusted face.
He bounced around the room to go over to the two men next to each other.
"Names?" He asked .
The one with the blonde hair spoke, "I'm bill, and this is troxone" he stated.
"What a name. Bill!" , the doctor laughed. "Oh yeah and that's astara", he said as he pointed over towards her. Astara waved at the crowd.
" how are you time lords? ", the akyssa asked, as she ran around the room flicking controls.
" no time for that, we've got to go outside ".
" outside, are you mad!? " shouted bill. "We're leaving now", he said as he began to mess with the controls with akyssa.
" you're not" the doctor said quietly.
"Doctor, it's not safe for me to stay here. Can't you see that", astara whispered next to him.
" No, I mean we physically can't go", he said, as he looked at the floor to show astara the green goo rising up to their feet.
