Carmen's POV 🦋

I wake up in a unfamiliar space. With muscular, brown arms wrapped around my waist.

I turn so my body is now facing Bronnys figure.

His mouth is hanging lazily open while it sends out low snores.

I stare at him for a while just taking everything in.

I then try to get out of his grip to look for my phone. But his arms and tightly wrapped around me.

Using the little strength that I had at this time of day I get out of his grip.

I begin looking around the room for my phone.

I guess I woke up Bronny because he sat up.

"Good morning" he said yawning

"Good morning, did I wake you up?" I ask stopping what i was doing

"Kinda but it's aight, what you looking for?" He said pulling the covers from off of himself

"My phone" I say turning around and continuing to look around

Bronny gets up and starts looking around too.

I didn't really look Bronnys way until around 15 minutes after we started. But when I did I had noticed...um..

"Uh Bronny ...your...um" I say noticing his friend

He looks down and the embarrassment on his face. Caused me to laugh on the inside

"Oh damn! Keep looking Imma...use the bathroom." He said and I just shook my head

I went downstairs and saw that Bryce was in the living room watching TV.

"Hey Bryce" I said waving to him

He turns around to look at me.

"Hey Carmen"

Bryce then got up from of the couch and gave me a hug.

He then walked into the kitchen.

"You hungry?" He asked

"Yea" I said but followed him into the kitchen

"Wanna make pancakes?" He asked taking out the mix

"Sure!"

"Oh and by the way I don't know how to cook so when I said 'Wanna make pancakes' I meant can you make pancakes." He says sitting down on the counter

"Your gonna learn how to cook today!" I say pulling him off the counter

He just laughs but nods in agreement.

"So we need a pan." I point out

He then grabs one from the counter putting it on the stove.

We quicky make the batter. And I start to instruct him how to make it.

"So you pour it high like this. " I instruct while pouring the pancake batter onto the pan

"You wait until you see these bubbles right then you get you get ready to flip it." I say flipping it showing him the perfectly golden pancake.

"Okay Carmen." Bryce says

I put the finished pancake on the plate.

"Now you try!" I say

He follows all my instructions and makes a decent pancake.

"Okay Bryce!" I say holding my hand up for a high-five

Just then Bronny comes running down the stairs.
