As much as Norman loved his job, he hated it all at the same time. He couldn't be with Melissa for more than five minutes without being told to go here and there.
Norman was leaning against a tree watching Melissa laugh with Lauren and Dani. He loved watching her. She is so beautiful. Norman got so lost in watching Mel that he didn't even notice Andy standing next to him.
"Enjoying the view?" Andy smiled at him. "Actually, yes I am." I shot back. "Woah, Norman calm down. I was just playing. Which one are you staring at?" He leaned against the tree as well.
"Andy you know I only have eyes for Melissa." I said looking at him. "I know, I know. You two look happy." I smiled at his words. Because we really are happy. "Well we are. I mean I know it's only been a week, but I'm crazy about her. Our first kiss was so special. And the love making. Well I call it that, Mel just says it was sex. But it was fantastic."
Andy nodded and took in every word Norman said, "Norman, I'm happy for you guys. I'm happy you two found each other. Don't screw it up. Melissa is special. Does anyone else know besides me?"
"No, you're the only one who knows." I looked at him. "Whose the only one who knows what?" Emily said as she came around from the other side of the tree. "Er, nothing Em. What's up?" She walked up to me and put her hand on my chest. "Oh I just wanted to know if your handsome self was going to be at my birthday party tonight?" She was running her hand up and down my chest. Melissa saw and stormed off. "Uh yeah ill be there. I have to run. See you later."
I took off towards the trailers were Melissa headed. As soon as I got to her trailer I walked right in. Melissa was sitting on the couch crying. "My beautiful Melissa. Don't cry love." I came and sat down next to her.
"How can I compete with someone as young and beautiful as Emily?" She said sobbing. I grabbed her and pulled her into my arms. "Mel there is no competition. You are young and you are si beautiful." I said as I rubbed soothing circles on her back.
"I'm not young and I'm not beautiful. What do you even see in me Norman?" She started to pull aways but my grip tightened. "I'm not letting you get away. And I'm with you because you are so beautiful. You have such a big heart. You're smart, funny caring, loving, sexy, sweet, amazing. Those are all things that I've about you Melissa." I said as I kissed her shoulder.
"All the things you love about me?" She pulled away to look at me. "Yes Melissa. The things I love about you. I love you Melissa. That's why I'm with you. I know it's early but that's how I feel."
She put her finger on my lip. "Stop talking for one minute. Norman yes, it is too early. But I love you too. And I'm so scared to say that and I'm so scared to give you my heart because I don't want it to end up broken. When I date someone I don't want it to be temporary. I want it to last for a while or forever. So I'm giving you my heart and I'm trusting you not to break it. I love you so much Norman."
I put both my hands on her face and stared into her beautiful blue eyes. "Melissa I can promise you that I'll never ever break your heart. I am going to protect it with my life. I'm sacred of being hurt too. And when I look at you Mel you know what I see? I see a future with you. I don't see anyone else beside me but you. I love you so much Melissa."
She was crying but I knew they were happy tears. I pulled her face towards mine and kissed her hard and passionately. She bit my lip asking for permission to enter and I let her. We kissed like that for awhile until we both broke apart for air.
