"Ria, why do you look so sulky? Di ka ba masaya para kay Van?"  Of course not. I don't do double faced leeches.

"I'm just feeling sick. It's too cooollllddd!"  I tried to look bubbly so they won't notice my mood. Pero totoo talagang nilalamig ako. Bat ba kasi ako naka-tube na gown! Tss. Ito na kasi ata pinakamura sa palengke.

"Van's coming! Ready your self now Clark!"  Vanessa's brother Vin said. Heto na nga ba tayo sa panunukso nila sa dalawa. Iniwas ko nalang yung tingin ko sa kanila.

"Congrats Van!" Aries said. "You lit Vanessa! I already expected you to climb that stage up tonight to fetch another crown"  Vanessa just beamed at them and the turned to Clark to kiss him.

I turned sideways as they go lovey-dovey right infront of me. Tonight is our last prom night. Clark is my ex. I admit I'm still a bit into him until now, actually inaya niya ko bilang prom date niya nung nakaraan. I even turned some guys down dahil hinihintay ko siya! A day after I accepted his proposal...nagulat nalang ako nang makita ko silang magkasama ni Vanessa.

He said wala daw date si Vanessa at kawawa naman daw ito kung mag-isa lang na pupunta. What about me?! Am I made of steel para pumasok sa lecheng bulwagang ito ng mag-isa?

I looked at my left side dahil di pa rin sila tapos sa kakatuka sa isa't isa. Yung iba naman nagchecheer pa! Bwiset. Parang wala ako dito ah?

Aries called me. But I cannot look his way. Not because katabi niya yung dalawang damuho but because I saw someone strange. Bakit magkakaroon ng matanda dito? Naiintindigan kong may mga outsiders dito pero bakit naman sila magdadala ng matandang uugod-ugod na? But the most curious thing about her is that I think she's looking my way, together with her dark and deep eyes.

What's up with her? She's not creeping me out, but it's not comfortable either. Ikaw ba naman titigan ng kung sinong di mo naman kilala?

But there's something about her na nagiging dahilan kung bakit parang medyo warm yung aura niya. Is it because she's old? Or her fashion sense? Haha! Although she's old, I cannot deny her sophisticated look.

"EFKAIRIA!"  I drifted back to reality as Aries called me loudly.
