Hiccup is blind and the only Viking truly and fully blind on Berk. He is neglected and treated like scum by the entire village except Gobber, Gothi and Fishlegs with maybe Astrid. It would be very bad if the village ever knew his secrets.

They sail unnoticed by the seven kingdoms. They traveled as far as Corona and Arendelle. (Oh, I went there) They could sense the dragons calling there and where not to head. While traveling far and wide, Ruff, Tuff and Snoutlout began collecting any half-dragons and people who were considered dragons for their beliefs. Soon the empty rooms for people Snotlout made were full of people from all walks of life.
Astrid, Fishlegs, Heather and Hiccup were very supportive of the plan. Soon everyone converse what society they would like. Soon the first object was decided. Everyone would live in their own huts that could dig inside the stone and form tunnels and secret passageways. Astrid Ryu was appointed Queen of the Tatsuya making the Ryu Family a royal one. The center of the Kingdom would be known as Dragon's Edge. It would be where the stores and shops with the port and the forge of a Hiccup Ryu with the healing center would be. The Ryu Family would live above Dragon's Edge in a small but nice castle. Hiccup tried to make them see reason but hey everyone in the Seven Kingdoms seen their rulers live in castles so moving on. Also so the rulers after Astrid don't get tyrannical they created a council where council members must approve all laws or any act the ruler makes and those council members were voted in by the people. The council members worked for life unless the people vote them out.
Soon they reached the island and after a few months of building Tatsuya was completely finished and by the first they finished everyone had found their bonded dragon.

For once there was a great celebration to celebrate. Hiccup and few others playing music into the night.
Back at Berk
Stoick sat on his throne growling. Gothi and Gobber went missing too the same night those Ryu(s) left. The dragons have been attacking left and right too. Normally during raids the dragons were focused on the food or the women and children but now during raids they were after one thing killing them fast or very slowly and painful. With what happened with the Dragon Prince many of the best warriors Berk once had we're crippled beyond fighting. The Seven Kingdoms are worried too. Many of the disgraced subjects went missing or supposedly found dead and all their things taken. Well barely any in Corona and Arendelle. Those were "weak" Kingdoms who refused to declare war on the dragons. Stoick even thought the Dark Kingdom's allegiance to him would force them to declare war on dragons. These kingdoms were known for their power and their speed of ingenuity and advancement. Stoick really could use that power but at last they refused to declare war and Stoick only still wants them for their power. Once he got enough power. He'll conquer those weak kingdoms for not listening to him. Luckily Drago Bloodfist came back from exile and bowed down to his King's feet. Drago now stands in front of his king smirking. "My king to rule all of the seven Kingdoms we need to have complete control of our enemy.", Drago says softly smiling. Stoick nods, "Go out, my warrior can gain complete control of our enemy.". Drago stands bowing before a group of men leaving with him to control the Dragons.
