2. An office accomplice

Karn looks at his younger step brother as he stands broodingly beside him. They are facing their father king Pratik and Singto will be soon assigned a human assistant for his job as co CEO in their company and Karn hides a smile knowing his younger brother especially hates that little fact.

" Singto I have got your letter of request not to assign any human assistant for you but you have to understand you can't just sort your meetings and appointments by magic spells. Even sorting papers or sorting your room it's good to have a human touch. It's a bloody mess..

Now come on don't make that face, Don't you think food taste much better when the human chef's cook it at the human restaurant, painstakingly ."

" no offence my king, but it takes hours to prepare food at your favorite human food joint, where as we can conjure food that we love in minutes . And about sorting meeting schedules and all, if you really insist, phi Karn's human assistant can do that for me , why do I need an exclusive assistant for myself . That man can do the sorting out of papers and stuff for me too, since I sometimes become super busy to use magic.

The king sighs at his younger son's prejudiced outlook, he doesn't know how and why Singto has developed this, well whom is he lying to? He knows exactly how Singto has developed this attitude towards the human society as a whole .

It's all due to his training under his spell teacher, professor thanawit. The man is best in spells and Singto had been selected in his prestigious one to one, training programme quite early.

He had been training under him for seven years and passed just three months ago, making Singto one of the best wizards in duelling and spell works around the globe almost standing as tall as his teacher in his skills .

Even professor Thanawit has specially called up king Pratik to praise about Singto's achievements. His son ohm Thanawit is another reason for Singto's scorn towards the weaker race . The king knows about singto's preference to boys more than girls, Ohm and Singto have been dating for a year now, and him being close to Singto with his own closed prejudiced mind towards human ways, have not helped the situation at all.

" I am no way sharing my sweet assistant with you little bro. Get your own."

Karn looks at the king defiantly..

" I am not letting this brute to bully my sweet assistant dad ..sorry, your Highness,pls."

" Why are your so possessive about your new assistant prince Karn..you keep him glued to your hips..I have not even seen his ugly face even once in this last one month he was hired by you, he doesn't even come downstairs near my cabin. why you want to keep him all hidden, are you planning something illicit with the filth!!"

" Shut up your nonsense or I will challenge you to duel, I am warning you nong sing!

Why the hell does he need to go near your cabin for anything little bro?..you hate humans anyways.. it will be an utter headache to even send him to your cabin for any paperworkwork, dad please no sharing with him, he is incorrigible and rude and ..."

Singto sarcastically retorts, not letting his elder brother finish..

" Ok ok children calm down..calm down. Karn, I know you are protective about krist but I guess he can help singto sometimes, but Singto one word of complain from krist to Karn I am withdrawing him and assigning you another human assistant. Are you both satisfied about the arrangements.!"
