General POV:Mike and El were sitting down at the dinner table, eating. They told jokes and said things about each other.
"Hey Mike? Can I go get a drink?" El asked Mike when he served desert but she was thirsty. He nodded his head and she walked to the kitchen, she searched for something that would be good with chocolate cake.
She found the milk and also some chocolate syrup, she loved chocolate milk. She got two cups and started to make chocolate milk, with just the right amount of chocolate. She made it with a big bright smile across her face and felt giddy.
She walked back to the table with two glass cups in her hand with a bright smile. She hoped that Mike liked chocolate milk and didn't refuse to drink it.
When she sat down he looked at her suspiciously and wondered what she had. "El? What is that?"
"Chocolate milk! Here!" She gave him his cup, it had been a long time since he last had chocolate milk.
When the smooth liquid went down his throat, he felt better. He had forgotten how good it was and immediately felt better about any flaw in his day. He looked at El with bright eyes and stood up, she gave him a curious looks before he walked to her.
He stood in front of her before pulling her off the chair, without a word. He dragged her to the couch and sat her down on his lap. He rested his head on her chest and listened to her heart.
"Wha-"
"Shhh, I just-I just want to know you're here. I love chocolate milk and I re-remembered something. I need you to just be her...please." She nodded and gently rested her head on top of his and let him.
"Mommy? Why don't people want to play with me?" Six year old Mike asked, they had just gone to the park and all the kids ran from him after a while.
His mother gave him a apologetic look "mike...you just think differently, that's all. People won't accept the thought of thinking differently, so they run and get scared."
Mike nodded slowly "come here, have some chocolate milk." She handed him a glass and when he drank it, it felt like home.
"You won't leave me, right mommy?"
"Never. I promise"
They sat in silence and they hugged each other, which was not something mike did often."I love you Michael"
"I-i love you too, mommy."
Another flash back (he was 13)
Mikes parents had their bags packed and on the stairs, his mother was in the kitchen making chocolate milk.
"Michael! Come downstairs!"
He came down and around the bags, confused. "What-"
She handed him a cup "please sit down."
He sat down and drank some chocolate milk, he felt good again and remembered the happy memory. He thought that this was going to be a good one as well.
"Michael, me and your father are leaving. We-we can't take care of you anymore."
Mike was shocked "I-I....you promised! You promised you would stay and take care of me! You said you loved me!"
"WELL I THOUGHT THAT YOU WERE GOING TO GET BETTER! WELL LOOK AT YOURSELF! I can't fucking look at you anymore!"
He felt broken, his mom kept him strong and made him feel normal. And now she was screaming at him that he couldn't get better.
"Goodbye." He watched as his parents left the house, with chocolate milk in his hand, he couldn't drink it and smashed the drink on the ground.
Mike held El tightly and very close "please don't ever leave me El. I'm sorry for everything I've ever done to hurt you, I-I need you." He sounded so desperate and hurt, he needed her to be with him.
"I...okay mike, I'll try to stay with you as long as I can."
"I've said this before El but...you make me feel so different. I've never felt this way about anyone or anything"
She was shocked, El couldn't believe that she made someone who doesn't show emotions, show emotions. She still couldn't believe it.
El lifted his face up to make eye contact with her, once they did she could see the tears. The tears that streamed down his face, El gave him a sincere look.
"Mike, you were insane when I met you and still are. But I've come to like you and understand how you feel about things now...I like you, a lot mike."
"I lov- like you a lot too, El." They both started to lean in and soon their lips found each other's.
The kiss was gentle and soft at first but then it got more heated, but not like the night before. This time things were better and they showed that they liked what they felt, emotionally and physically.
El started to lower him on the couch so she was on top of him while they kissed. They started to take off articles of clothing.
Nothing too big and stuff, just each other's shirts and pants. Well, Els skirt and shirt.
They made out wildly and let their hormones get involved with each other. They didn't have sex but they had things get serious, to the point that they could say they've touched everywhere. Except for their private areas. The time was filled with loud moans or soft ones, or panting each other's names.
When they finished, the couple was panting and they were out of breath. Mike saw that there was a blanket on the couch and put it over them. They didn't fall asleep immediately and just laid there.
Els head was on his chest and her arms were wrapped around his torso and traced patterns on his chest. He had one of his arms around her waist and the other was in her hair, playing with it.
They laid there, under the blanket with goofy smiles on their face. Mike every now and then kissed her head or she would get closer. They fell asleep in each other's arms that night.
