Percy x Annabeth

Journey.

Annabeth was EXCITED that she and Piper were going to find Percy,she felt as If she can start jumping up and down as If she were at a sleepover,but she knew Piper would just stare at her with a blank face. So Annabeth decided to keep it to herself.

-Time Lapse-

Annabeth was walking back and forth, on the Argo II, her thoughts were FILLED with a way to defeat Death.

How are we gonna defeat Death? Maybe If we find Percy and Death isn't around, we can ask Percy if what spot injured Death the most when he attacked Death.Hmm,Yup,I'm feeling like the Daughter Of Wisdom again.

Piper glanced at Annabeth for a minute, Gods she has that I've got it! look on her face. Piper decided to ask Annabeth what she was thinking of.

"Hey Annabeth!"

Annabeth turned around only to see Piper standing infront of her.

"Whoa, you came out of..no where-"

"-Yeah yeah I move fast sometimes, Anyways...Did you figure out a way to defeat Death?"

Annabeth smiled.

"Actually Yes! I was thinking If we find-" Her smile faded "Wait a minute, How did you know I had a plan to defeat Death?"

"Well, whenever you think of a plan, you get a GUYS I'VE GOT THIS! look on your face"

Suddenly,there was a silence. 2 minutes later, Annabeth finally broke the silence.

"That may have been offensive but...at the same time it may have not been offensive"

"Anyways, I was thinking If we find Percy, we can ask him if he knew If Death had a weak spot or not"

Annabeth continued for 5 minutes of explaining her plan,all Piper did was nodded,which was hard to believe that she actually wasn't listening at all, but Piper pulls off a Buyable I'm Listening face.

While Annabeth was explaining her plan, Piper yelled "WATCH OUT!"

Annabeth Immediately turned her head only to see a giant sword 10 feet away from hitting her face. Luckily, Piper quickly grabbed Annabeth and pulled her onto the ground.

After Piper stood up, Annabeth stood on the ground in Shock with a What the Gods look on her face, Piper just rolled her eyes and helped her up.

"As the Daughter Of Athena, you react Slowly."

"Sorry If I was in Shock" Piper changed the subject.

"Wait...what was that anyway?"

Annabeth shrugged "Maybe a Giant was trying to throw his/her sword at us?"

Suddenly, Leo came out of the lower deck and stood infront of Piper, and Annabeth scratching the back of his head.

"Heh Sorry, that was me. I kinda upgraded the ship"

Piper frowned and crossed her arms "What kind of Upgraded are you talking about?"

Leo squealed as If he just saw his celebrity crush pass by,

"Well you see, I kinda made it where the Argo II, has teleportation, so when I teleport the ship, weapons that are in the location the ship is heading, appear out of no where..just a glitch in the ship"

Suddenly....the Argo II was In a field, filled with dark skies, with clouds that seemed to look blood red.the ground was covered with old, rotten skeleton bones. Well....Here we go!

Leo walked to the ship's ladder, and climbed down, then Annabeth did the same, then Piper. Whoa. Leo thought.

Suddenly, CRAUNCH! Leo didn't realize it but he stepped right into a skeleton bone. He squealed as If he'd never seen a ghost.

"Leo" Hazel said. "It's just a skeleton bone"

"Exactly!" He complained "Who would wanna step on a bone?"

Annabeth just rolled her eyes "There are bones EVERYWHERE! How are you scared of 1 bone, If this field is FILLED with more bones!"

Leo frowned and continued walking,after walking for a few minutes In the never ending field, Annabeth caught a faint light shining from a tree "Over there!" she pointed out.She Piper, and Leo jogged towards the tree. All Leo could think of was Yup, we're dead. Suddenly, the ground started rumbling, the bones jumped up and down hitting other bones. The tree they stood next to, made a creaking sound like old wooden door slowly opening. Out of no where, the tree started moving, breaking out of the ground, escaping the pure white veins in the ground, creating debris everywhere. Piper's eyes widened, she was the only one to realize that their was a secret passage below the tree's old territory "A passage!" she pointed out. Annabeth stood for a split second, then got that look on her face again "That must be where Gaea is keeping Percy held hostage!" All 3 of them started jogging towards the passage when suddenly, the ground rumbled again, behind them, a giant was walking towards them. The only one to realize was Annabeth, she stopped in her own tracks, and turned around.

The giant pointed a meaty, thick finger. He kept yelling out "Intruder YOU SHALL SURRENDER!" Piper and Leo hesitated when they heard the giant. At the same time, they turned around to face the giant. The giants face was horrifyingly perfect, It's eyes filled with anger and fiery, perfect eye wrinkles from smiling most often, his details would stun Aphrodite.

Annabeth drawed her Dagger but hesitated, and put her Dagger away again. "Annabeth!" Piper scrame "What are you doing?" Again, Annabeth had the look on her face. "Piper, Leo, Go inside the passage."

Leo's jaw dropped "Have you GONE INSANE WOMAN?"

Annabeth just smiled "Not quite"

She turned around and started running towards the passage, Piper, and Leo finally decided to stick with her plan, so they started their way to the passage. But suddenly, the passage began to close, the sound of creaking stone struck their fragile ears. Leo Scrame "WE'RE DOOMED! We AREN'T GONNA MAKE IT!" All Leo got for that comment was a punch in the arm by Piper "SNAP OUT OF IT! WE CAN DO THIS!" Leo whined but nodded.

Piper lowered her head, and gave it everything she got, she realized she was close enough to jump in, so she did. But Leo on the other hand, was terrified, he'd never been running from a giant while trying to jump into a passage thats half-way closed Piper bit her lip "Leo! Hurry!" she motioned him to come closer. Leo tilted his head forward and gave everything he's got. In the last second, he was getting ready to jump in. Okay leo, You can do this. The only option he had was to squeeze himself in. Right when he got through, the giant tried to grab him but his hand got stuck in the passage. The giant, frustrated, banged on the ground with his other hand, screaming and cursing in Greek in pain.

Annabeth smiled "Well...Lets get moving" The 3 of them started walking towards what seemed as Eternal Darkness.
