Chapter 4
Miaka POV
I was woken up with the cold air that embraces me and I realize that I slept in the living room while waiting for Taehyung, I’m really upset thinking about him but why should I worry about him? He’s a grown up man anyway, then it hit me that I should be really worried since he stay with this house with me and mom. I dragged my feet forcefully and went to my room, I quickly climbed to my bed and fall back to dreamland.
It’s already 10:00 in the morning and still no sign of V. I was bored so I decided to have a walk at the beach, as I walk pass the garden, my heart ache for some reason, I don’t know really know why, I felt so down and it suffocate me, I ran my way to the beach hoping that this feeling will be lessen and it surprised me that as walk out the garden area, I totally feel fine again.
It felt so different to walk alone and I remembered the 5 guys last night who spend their time to entertain me. Suddenly, I saw a figure walking through the cliff and he quickly disappeared as he turned right. “Is there a cave in that cliff? Oh! Maybe it’s Taehyung!’ I thought and run to the cliff. I follow the path where I saw the guy take and it’s not an easy way, I turned to the right and saw him kneeling in front of a…. grave? But wait, I’m sure this place is not a cemetery since it is the only cross that planted in the area. I heard him mumbling but I can’t get any single word so I decided to speak up.
“It might be so lonely to stay here alone.” – I said and saw him jump a little and his eyes widen when he saw me.
“Oops sorry, I didn’t mean to surprise you. I’m just curious when I saw you walking to this place and to see a single grave.” I chuckle while apologizing to him, and he only look at me…. Speechless maybe, so I went near to the grave and surprised that there’s no name written on it and “wait, if it is a human or an animal grave, it should have any label or what-so-ever they called it’ I thought and shiver as other thought rushed to my mind ‘ What if, he’s just crazy and… oh no!’ I was panic with those ideas and I quickly glanced at him and take a step back to the beach but he grabbed my wrist so I looked up to him, maybe he knew that I am so scared with him, I know it’s visible to my face and he said….
“Don’t be scared, I will not harm you I promise and I’m sorry if I didn’t answer your question lately, I’m just… surprised with your presence… you know.” – He said releasing my wrist and gave me a warm smile.
“Anyway, I’m Jin and I guess you are Miaka, the daughter of the new owner of the lovely house in our village.” – He said and offered his hand, I quickly smile at him and grabbed his hand for a handshake and said “Yeah I am, and how did you know me? And oh! Are the neighbors in this village always called the house as a ‘LOVELY HOUSE’?” I asked emphasizing the last two words.
“Not really, only I and my friends called it a lovely house since we shared good memories in that place and I know you because you’re famous as I always hear my friends talking about you.” – Jin
“Ah, did I know your friends?” – me
“Maybe, their names are Rapmon, Suga, J-ho……” – Jin
“Oh yes, I knew them, so…. You are their hyung? They spent dinner with you last night, Am I right?” – me
“Yes, you are right” – He said, those smiles that plastered in his face never changed, then I suddenly…
“Oh! You might know Taehyung too, did you happen to saw him? He was gone since yesterday, aisst, that kiddo is so irresponsible, I really make sure that I will tell my mom to kick his butt out of our house.” – I said what I truly feel and plan for this V’s issue, it felt good that I totally told someone about this but it quickly fade away as I saw his smile fade.
