i was never this bold. it had to be the alcohol talking. it was speaking truth though, he was cute.
"wh-what?" he stuttered. a slight blush could be seen, even in the dim lighting of the crowded living room.
"you heard me, i said you're cute." i said again. yep, definitely the alcohol talking.
"real sweet, but i wish you were sober." he said with a small smile.
