If you're reading this, your probably wondering, who on earth would think to put these two things together, much less actually go through with it? This is a question I've been asking myself for a long time about many things. And you know what? I still don't know the answer. This was a terrible idea, I'm well aware. I should not be putting this much effort into a lousy crossover fanfic (the words taste bitter in my own mouth, directed at myself). But sometimes, you just gotta wring the potential for cringe content out of your system. And thus, this terrible idea was birthed.
For those of you still reading, there are a couple things you should know.
1) There will be spoilers for both Persona 4 (vanilla and Golden) and Doki Doki Literature Club. There may even be an occasional reference to Persona 4 Arena/Ultimax or even Persona 3. I don't know, I haven't thought that far ahead. But be warned anyway.
2) I have no idea what I'm doing. So if you think something seems off, whether it be story elements or how a character behaves, feel free to let me know. However, keep in mind that some things are the way they are for a reason.
I'm looking at all of y'all in the back who insist that Yuri is a psychopath even before part 2. Yeah, you. Keep yer hands away from the keyboard.
3) This is mostly just for fun, so try not to take it personally, yeah? As an added bonus, each chapter I'll link a song for BGM. Cuz who doesn't love a little music in their life?
Aight, we good? I think we are. Honestly I only came up with this because I'm a big fan of the Persona series and happened upon DDLC a few months ago while bored working on school projects at 2 am. One day while bored I decided to sketch Monika's theoretical shadow, and thus this whole mess was born. As much as I trash talk this, I do hope you enjoy it a little, even if ironically.
Anyway, enough rambling. I suppose I should actually work on the story content now. Ta-ta for now, m8s.
