After Mr. Aizawa's announcement, everyone was either writing rapidly in their notebooks, or sitting patiently in their chairs for class to end.

Aeon was thinking about his top five goals for the semester and raised his custom pencil to write the number one, when he sensed someone behind him. He jerked around to see the same girl from earlier, staring over his shoulder at his notebook.

"Hi!" she exclaimed, peering at the drawing of his father that he had sketched just before. He blushed and looked down at his desk, surprised and embarrassed.

"Um...hi," he replied, still not looking at her. She put two arms around his shoulder and kneeled on the floor next to him. She seemed to be enthralled by the detailed drawing.

"That's really good," she commented, smiling at him warmly. His face was almost entirely scarlet at this point, but he now was glancing at her shyly. "I'm Mina Ashido by the way."

"Thanks, nice to meet you," he whispered, noticing a few other students were listening to their conversation. He then noticed the girl's eyes widen and seem to realize something about the sketch.

"Aeon, come with me...there's something I have to show you," she said quietly, rising from her position and rushing up to Mr. Aizawa's desk. He had a pair of yellow glasses on and was writing something in a binder.

"Yes, Mina?" he asked, muttering something to himself as he looked at her groggily.

"May I use the bathroom?"

"Sure....whatever," he grumbled, waving her away with no interest. He then resumed writing, not noticing Mina wink at Aeon as he left.

Aeon waited a few minutes at his desk, not risking possible suspicion from Aizawa. He then silently walked up with as much stealth as he could muster.

"Jeez, I give you all a free day and it's still question after question," whined Aizawa. "What is it, Aeon?"

"Can I uh...go to the restroom?" he asked.

"I don't know, Mr. Bi-Han, can you?"

A student in the front row raised his hand to no response from the distracted Aizawa. "Mr. Aizawa, Mina isn't back yet," he blurted.

Aizawa rolled his eyes. "It's your one free day of the semester, I don't care how many of them go at once, Tenya."

Aeon nodded and went to exit the classroom. he looked back to see Aizawa staring at him, an uninterested expression still pasted to his face. He raised his eyebrows at Aeon. "Have fun," he mouthed.

Aeon closed the door behind him, still sweating wildly. Mina was waiting right outside, twiddling her fingers before she saw him.

"Finally," she said, motioning for him to follow her. She stopped at the restrooms. One had a male symbol, one had a female symbol, and one just said "ANY." Mina opened the third door, expecting Aeon to follow.

Once they entered, Mina pointed to the wall at the end of the room. It had a massive painting of a superhero plastered to it. The superhero was Aeon's father.

"Who drew this?" questioned Aeon, touching the wall in awe. He took his hand back to find it wet with paint. The art was brand new, which scared Aeon a lot. "Why was this painted on my first day here?"

Mina shrugged, and pointed to the bottom of the painting. "Look at this," she said. Almost touching the floor was the word "NOEA."

"It's my name backwards," whispered Aeon, completely unnerved by now. Someone had known he was going to arrive.

"Don't think about it too much, I just wanted to show ya," chirped Mina, leaving the restroom without a second thought. Aeon stared at the painting for a few more seconds before leaving.

When he reentered the class, everyone seemed distracted with their work, including Aizawa, who was curled up in his sleeping bag. He sat back in his chair and resumed writing his goals.

That's when he saw it.

The sketch of his father had a red word drawn onto it, which had not previously been there when he had left. The word was "NOEA," once again.

"Hey," a student called, causing Aeon to rise alertly. The kid had dark green hair and large lime eyes. "I'm Izuku."

"Aeon," he replied, reaching out to shake his hand. He immediately recognized Izuku, but didn't say anything. He just smiled and went back to writing.

He couldn't help but perceive the student next to Izuku glance at him multiple times during the period. He had heard another kid call him "Bakugo," but was never introduced.

BRINGGG!

The noise of the bell created chaos in the classroom, as everyone rushed out to their next class. He began to sprint out, but was stopped by a hand on his shoulder.

"Kid, wait," directed Aizawa. Aeon stopped, remembering what he had said before about talking after class. He hoped this was a conversation he had with all of his new students, but the uncertainty of the situation frightened him.

"Look, I'm sorry about what I said...it's just how I...," he started, stumbling with his words in a moment of weakness. "I hope we can start over tomorrow with sparring, because I saw some good potential in you during the entrance exam. I just have to warn you that I'm not going to give you any excuse because of today and you're gonna have to perform just as well compared to the others. Do you understand, Bi-Han?"

"Yes, Mr. Aizawa," said Aeon. The teacher lightly smiled at him before becoming aware of the time that had passed.

"Good, now get to your next class," he reminded, prompting Aeon to rush out of the room. Aizawa then walked to the window, watching all the students go to their next class while snatching his bag off the ground. As he unzipped it, he briefly saw a man outside the school that he did not remember seeing before. He had ruffled brown hair and a formal, buttoned green shirt. He seemed to stare at Aizawa before leaving the premises.

"Shota!" yelled Hizashi, causing Aizawa to whip around in a panic. Hizashi jumped back as well, Shota's reaction catching him off-guard. "Are you alright?"

"Yes," Aizawa replied, shaking his head to regain himself.

"I just...had a bad feeling."
