2nd Year, Summer
Beomgyu was eating lunch with Taehyun in the classroom.
Beomgyu: *sighs*
Taehyun: Did something happen?
Beomgyu: I just thought that I really am powerless.
Taehyun: That's normal. We're just 2nd year high school students, you know.
Beomgyu: Well, I'm aware of that but...
Taehyun: As you worry and continue to feel anxious, you'll come up with something eventually.
Beomgyu looked at Taehyun who had his signature straight face on.
Beomgyu: I really don't know if you're trying to cheer me up or something.
Taehyun: *shrugs* It's not like I'm lifting your spirits or what.
Beomgyu: Cheer me up then!
Taehyun: I won't.
Beomgyu: Cheer me up please. *puppy eyes*
Taehyun: Don't wanna.
Beomgyu pouted but his attention quickly drifted to a familiar voice coming from the front of the class.
Heejin: Please write your name in it. Without your name, the teacher won't know to whom it belongs to.
Heejin stood at the teacher's desk, giving Geuroo's book back to the owner.
Geuroo: Can't you just tell my name in person?
Geuroo glared and snatched her book from Heejin's hand then went to her table to write her name.
Joowon: She's not the least bit considerate, huh.
Geuroo: Isn't she ridiculing us?
They said in a loud and clear so Heejin could hear it but she choose to pack the student's books and went to the teacher's office.
Beomgyu sighed.
Taehyun: You know, if you're someone who forget things easily, then writing your day in a diary or journal helps you remember and keep track of it.
Taehyun stated randomly.
Beomgyu: Wait what?
Taehyun: It's true.
Beomgyu: Taehyun, you really are a genius! I owe you one!
Beomgyu ran to find Yunkyoung, leaving Taehyun confused at his seat.
Beomgyu: Yunkyoung!
Beomgyu ran towards the Yunkyoung like a crazy person which terrified her.
Yunkyoung: Huh?! W-What??
Beomgyu: Can you come with me after school?!
Yunkyoung: *knits her eyebrows in confusion* What? Where?
Beomgyu: Just come with me please?! *grabs her shoulders* Friend to friend?
Beomgyu did his puppy eyes again.
Yunkyoung: A-Alright. Okay okay! I'll go with you!
Beomgyu: *beams* Thank you!
After school ended, Beomgyu quickly pulled Yunkyoung to the stationary store.
Yunkyoung: *panting* I can't feel my legs! Beomgyu, what the heck?!
Beomgyu: sorry.. *smiles sheepishly* now come on!
Beomgyu walked inside the store as Yunkyoung followed him.
Beomgyu: *looks around* Hey, what notebook do you think would be nice?
Yunkyoung: *still in confusion* Huh?
Beomgyu: A notebook with a great style that suits either girl or a boy who's using it.
Beomgyu went to the notebook isle.
Yunkyoung: I feel bad that you're doing this for me. *blushed* Well, my favourite colour is red and orange. My favourite animal is a Tiger, I guess.
Beomgyu: *looks at her* Tiger? *laugh a little then turns back at the notebooks*
Yunkyoung: *eyes widens* N-No! By tiger, I mean the tiger as an animal, not it's face in particular. Lion and Leopard prints seems mature enough for me.
Beomgyu: Yeah sure-Oh! *takes a white with polka dots notebook* I'll go with this one.
Yunkyoung: Eh? You sure?
Beomgyu: It's okay, right?
Beomgyu walked to the pens isle.
Yunkyoung: Well, it's not that bad. *tailing him* You're buying a pen too? How considerate of you!
Beomgyu doodled on a paper to test the pen.
Yunkyoung: As expected from your doodles. You're really good!
Beomgyu: *grins* These two are perfect! *picked a pink and blue coloured pens*
He went to the counter to pay while Yunkyoung waited from him infront of the store. After he finished paying, he approached her.
Yunkyoung: Are you done paying them?
Beomgyu: Yes!
Yunkyoung: Thank you. *sticks out her hand*
Beomgyu: Same here! Thanks a lot. You're a great friend, YunK. Bye now! *waves at her and leaves*
