When Teusday came, Beomgyu entered their classroom and took a sit at his seat. Before bending down to look inside his desk, he closed his eyes and hoped that the notebook wasn't there. When he did, to his disappointment, the book was there inside his desk. Beomgyu just sighed then look at Heejin who's reading a book.
Chani: Beomgyu sunbaenim, let me borrow your comic.
Beomgyu: Ah right..
When Beomgyu took his comic from his desk, his other belongings including the notebook fell on the floor.
Beomgyu: *sighs* Chani..
Beomgyu handed his junior the comic before bending down to pick his belongings.
Chani: Huh? It's my fault? Anyways,thank you, sunbaenim.
Chani gleefully left the classroom.
Beomgyu picked his belongings one by one until he saw the opened notebook,it has writing on it but not with his hand writing. That's when he realised that Heejin had written back. Beomgyu quickly took the notebook and went to the rooftop.
Choi Beomgyu, I'm sorry for always saying "I can't" to you. To the people I become friends with, up to today, I still worry about being a burden to people or making them feel uncomfortable. However, when you said you'd still go out of your way to befriend with me, it really made me happy a bit. I have one suggestion. Can I bring the diary home with me every Friday? I'll read it by Monday morning on my way to school. I'm sure, I'll know it's you straight away.
Beomgyu was feeling over the moon after finished reading it.
A week has passed, Beomgyu spotted Heejin inside the school building. Beomgyu quickly approached her.
Beomgyu: Jeon Heejin.
Heejin turned to him and smiled.
Heejin: You're Choi Beomgyu, right?
Beomgyu was feeling touched.
Beomgyu: Yes.
Heejin took out the notebook from her bag and gave it to Beomgyu. And so they would continue with the exchange diary. They would exchange the diary every day. And Heejin would bring the diary home on Fridays and gave it back on Mondays.
However, they always made sure that no one sees them together while exchanging them. No one knows that they're friends including Taehyun and Yunkyoung.
