Because I try so hard and you still don't see me
You look at that other girl and tell me that you wish I was like her
She's got straight "A's" in every class
She's good at everything she tries
She's perfect.
Because I'm trying so hard.
And you still don't see me.
Because you raised the bar too high and I can't reach it.
She caught it easily because she is so fucking perfect.
Because I tried so hard.
Because I have too much shit on my plate.
You look right past me and at her.
She is so organized
And she can to everything that she tries
She is so fucking perfect.
Because I have to deal with mental instability and she doesn't.
She's so perfect.
And I'm just a mess.
And I can't see through
My mental state.
And you wish I was like her.
Because I tried so hard.
Because she is perfect.
Because I wish I was like her.
