Roman was surprised to see home so early considering you were supposed to be having dinner with your friend tonight. He watched as you kicked your shoes off and threw yourself into his arms. He wrapped his arms around you becoming increasingly worried about you when he felt your body start to shake.
"Princess, what's wrong?" He asked quietly while softly rubbing your back.
"Me and Ellen got into a fight today while we were having dinner." You said into his chest.
Roman sighed as he gently swayed you back and forth, he hated seeing you so upset especially since you and Ellen were like sisters.
"Do you want to talk about it?" He asked as you shook your head no.
Roman gently pressed a kiss to your forehead as you started to calm down some. Once you were calmed down, he pulled away from you and dried some of your tears with his thumb.
"Why don't you go change and then we can spend the rest of the evening watching Netflix and eating takeout?" he suggested wanting to see you at least smiling again.
"But don't you have work tonight?" You asked not wanting to take him away from his work.
"I do but you are my first priority now and always." Roman said bringing a small smile to your face.
You made your way upstairs to your room and jumped into a shower real quick. Once you were out you changed into one of Romans shirts and a pair of shorts before making your way downstairs.
"Are you feeling any better sweetheart?" Roman asked as you crawled into his arms.
"A little. Thank you for staying here with me tonight, I appreciate it." You said leaning up and placing a kiss on his lips.
"Anything to make you happy princess." He said pulling you closer to him.
