Nightmares

Sonics pov
I woke up in a cave, I slowly looked up and noticed a cliff. I moved a bit, but only to wince with pain from my chest. I groaned, "Where am I?" I said to myself, before remembering this might be a continuation of my last dream. How did I get here? Why am I here? I looked around, seeing a dark hedgehog laying on the ground. I noticed it was Dark'Sonic! "Dark'Sonic?!" I called but I received no answer, realizing that the dark hedgehog was dead. I flattened my ears, looking at a dead werewolf, or more like a Werehog. I whimpered, terrified and upset. My heroic days are over, "Hello?" I called out. I slowly got up, wincing in pain. My chest bleeding heavily, I staggered towards another cave. But immediately froze when I saw that blue hedgehog there, his bloodshot red gaze landed on my injured figure. A dark smirk on his muzzle, "Greetings Sonic, I see that you had survived. But let's see if you can survive my game." He chuckled darkly, before disappearing. I started to feel panic, what do I do now?! He's going to kill me! I saw a bloody arrow that pointed deeper into the cave, I sighed. I will have to do this, I slowly followed the cave. I looked around, as I kept continuing. Though I mostly staggered, along the way. I saw a small light blue emerald laying on the ground, "A chaos emerald?" I blinked and grabbed the chaos emerald, I groaned in pain. As I placed the chaos emerald in my quills, I kept continuing in this cave. I felt so scared, I never felt so scared in my whole life. Besides my hydrophobia of course, I kept grunting in pain. I glanced over my shoulder, I yelped in surprise as I felt no ground. I quickly moved backwards, I panted heavily. I looked side to side before looking over the cliff, I saw water, terrifying water. I hope I don't need to jump in the water, I groaned in pain. I sat back, I knew I have to continue. "Because you will fail." I nearly jumped out of my fur, seeing Sonic.EXE standing over me. I whimpered, clearly terrified by him now. He grabbed my throat and hanged me over the edge, I looked at him with a pleading facial. "P-Please...D-Don't do this!" I begged, The hedgehog just chuckled and let go. I screamed but it was silence by rushing rage water, I couldn't do anything. I was vulnerable. . .
Please help me.

I yelped awake, tears streaming down my face. I looked around the room and noticed I was safe in my room, I panted and quickly wiped away my tears. "Sonic?" Tails said, coming inside of my room. I noticed he looked concerned, "Yeah buddy?" I Replied. "Are you okay? You were crying in your sleep." Tails said, I sighed. "Nightmares..." I muttered sharply, he flinched when I growled at him. He quickly nodded and left my room, why did I growled? I sighed, covering my face with my hands. I got off of the bed, I went downstairs and saw Chili dogs prepared on the table. Shadow sat on a chair, Tails had left for work but left the door open. I growled crossly, "Can't that fox do anything right for once?!" I growled to myself, closing the door. Shadows ear twitched, at my words. I went to my chair and sat down, eating the chili dogs. "Are you alright Faker?" I heard him ask, "I'm fine, just some stupid nightmares bothering me lately..Nothing else to worry about," I Replied sharply, as I finished my chili dogs. "Sonic, you have been acting strange since I became a hero. You been having nightmares, and you been snapping at everyone, even me lately. It's been 2 months since it happened!" Shadow said, I hissed quietly. Looking at him, "Shut up Shadow! Stop trying to make me feel better, it's my fault that everyone has a serious dead hatred towards me! Is this your fault? Of becoming a hero? No! It's all my fault, stop trying to fix me! Stop trying to make sure I'm okay, because I'm not." I snarled, Shadow stared at me. Completely frozen with shock, I started crying with anger and grief. "S-Sonic. . . . .I. . . ." I didn't let him finish, I dashed out of my shack. I have no idea where I was going, I didn't care either. I just wanted some alone time, I was still crying with grief and anger. I yelped as I tripped over a rock, landing on my stomach near a cliff. I whined, and curled up. Clenching my stomach, crying myself to sleep.

"Are you ready to play with me again Sonic?~" I heard his voice again, Sonic.EXE had tied me up. I growled softly, shaking from my fear. He looked at me, smirking. Placing his claws on my left eye, "How about we give you a permanent scar? It won't hurt a bit, it will hurt ALOT." He growled at me, I shivered as I felt his claws starting to slash my left eye. I cried out in pain as he finished, blood stained his claws. My blood... "You look so much better Sonic," He purred, I whimpered. "Why? Why are you doing this to me?!" I demanded, forcing myself to yell at him. Sonic.EXE growled, he sat down in front of me. I was trembling like crazy, my left eye was bleeding heavily. "Because I haven't tortured anyone In a while, and your perfect. Though it's difficult to get my chance, well now it won't. Since I won't have a problem now," I looked confused at his words, but he noticed I looked confused. "Don't worry, it will all make sense when I'm done torturing in your dreams." He said, I swallowed.
I'm genuinely am terrified now.
