THE BODEGA SEEMED TO LOOK EVEN WORSE IN PERSON. Police tape and barricades surrounded the burnt-down shop, while police and detectives swarmed the scene. Delilah, Piper, and Happy Hogan watched the scene from afar, sitting in the Stark limo. Happy was still frustrated with Tony about Peter's abundance of texts, but the billionaire had taken a surprise trip to India, leaving Happy to take them to school for today. As Delilah watched the law enforcers investigate the crime scene, the thought that had been plaguing her brain since last night had crossed her mind.

That could've been Peter.

Why would a bunch of robbers just randomly slice through a bodega across the street from a freaking bank? It was obvious that they never meant to harm Delmar's Deli-Grocery since they were only aiming for the person who threatened their plans: the Spider-boy. Peter's interruption could've gotten him killed, and the thought made Delilah sick with worry.

As if on cue though, Peter and Ned emerged from the subway, talking with each other before they paused to stare at the burnt-down bodega. They looked on at the scene in awe before Ned had something that made Peter turn his head at him with a chuckle. Happy had begun to start driving again after the cars in front had started to move due to an officer's instructions, but Delilah's voice made him stop.

"Wait, Happy! Pull over, there's Peter and Ned!"

Happy almost let out an exasperated sigh at the mention of the Spider-boy's name, doing what the Stark teen had asked of him.

Delilah rolled her window down, "You two want a ride?"

The boys shared a look before quickly nodding, as Delilah scooted over towards Piper in an attempt to make more room.

"I did not consent to this," Piper scowled. The faux redhead was squished up against her passenger side door, considering that the backseat wasn't made for four people, so she decided to dramatically get out and join Happy in the front.

"Sorry, Pipe," Delilah smiled apologetically, earning a bitter grumble in response.

"Hi, Happy!" Peter greeted excitedly, his face lighting up in the realization that the man was driving them. "Did you get my texts? Have you been showing Mister-"

Peter was cut off by Happy rolling up the dark divider that sat between the front and back seats, Piper's muffled giggling heard behind the glass as the car trekked on towards Midtown. The ride was silent for a bit before Ned finally spoke up.

"Did you know that Peter was Spider-man?"

The question was sudden, but the answer was obvious. Though she could tell by Ned's tone that it was more of a clarifying question, probably due to prior knowledge of Peter's "Stark Internship." Her brown eyes darted to Peter questionably since no one knew the brunet's true identity other than the Starks and the Spider-boy himself, but all she got from him was a sheepish smile. Feeling a bit mischievous, the girl looked back at Ned, mocking an expression of shock.
