Unforgettable

Chapter 7

Stella's POV

I took in a long deep breath as I eyed the updated school magazine.

"Come get a free news paper about the school for this week!" No one heard me like usual, until I spoke, "No? Then don't come to me if you miss the BTS articles."

I acted as if I was packing and was about to leave while everyone's eyes were on me.

I looked up, "What? It's not everyday that a BTS special comes up."

3...

The whole student body was gathered around me. 

I blinked a few times in fake shock.

"You all want a copy of today's newspaper? Okay."  I started handing out the papers when one of the students that I gave them a paper came up to me.

"Where did you get all of this information?" The boy seemed amazed.

I thought for a moment as an idea came to mind.

"I don't know.i just entered my office this morning and found those papers on my desk, and..." I paused for a moment, "There was a note on them, saying that I should publish them on the magazine from..."

I stopped thinking that he wasn't listening to me,only to find everyone who got a paper looking at me.

The boy spoke eagerly, "From who?"

"From Unknown."

Everyone gasped. That somewhat made me want to laugh but I held it in.

Everyone started leaving when a girl in one of my classes her name is Emily if I recall came up to me.

"Hello Stella. How are you today?"

"Fine... Why do you ask?" I wasn't used to people coming to me like that.

"Is it not allowed to come up to a friend to check if they're okay?" She said in a sarcastic yet funny manner.

"But I'm okay though."

"You sure? I heard about the incident where you broke your wing."

I somewhat chuckled to myself, "Guess what my bones aren't exactly like yours, so the are already healed." I shrugged.

"Okay." She paused. "What happened to your tail?"

As I remembered I hid it behind me in an act of that it was invisible.

"What do you mean?" I said sending a smile.

"I remember you had two tail fins not one."

"You noticed."

"Yeah, also this morning I didn't see you in the sky like usual." She seemed concerned.

"You don't have to do this Emily."

"Do what?"

"You don't have to act all friendly for what I did..." I knew that would happen.

"Oh...."she spoke,"But you're wrong."

I looked up at her with surprise. "I was planning to talk to you a few days ago but when I heard about the incident I didn't want to disturb you. Meaning that I wanted to be your friend. I felt that you were feeling lonely so-"

Before she completed her sentence I gave her a huge hug in which my wings decided to participate in, covering both her and me.

"Thank you." Was all I could say.

She gave me a soft smile in return.

Her hair was  waist long, black with pink on the tips. She was about my height with not so dark skin.

When I pulled away she asked the same question again.

"So tell me the truth this time. What exactly happened to your tail?"

"Uh... I... Uh..." I can't possibly just tell her that I've been to another planet. "I was just flying around and fell on the ground because a bird way in by way. When I dusted myself my tail was like this..."

I know... What a lame excuse...

She studied me for a moment. "Why do I feel like you're lying to me?"

I fiddled with my hands behind my back nervously.

Please don't let her find out. Please don't-

I felt like what seemed to be like a slap on my back as I heard the familiar voice.

"Sup Stella."

I swear he scared me.

"Don't do that again." I stated.

"Sup David." Said Emily cheerfully.

"So did Emily decide to talk to you?" Asked David

"Yes... Wait... YOU KNEW?"

"Yeah..." He said scratching the back of his neck.

David's POV

I knew she would be a bit agitated with me.

I lowered myself to her level as her bangs covered her eyes. 

We heard  her voice quiet yet deep as hell. "Duck."

I didn't understand, but as I saw the glimpse of her eyes I swear that thank God I duck at the right moment because she threw a punch at me.

"What was that for?"

"Now tell me since when did you know?" Now she was back all innocent with her hands behind her back and her right leg behind her left.
