"Dahyun, me and your mother is moving to abroad for business, I want you to put your best behaviour whenever you are with Jihyo. Make us proud, okay? We'll come back, I promise"
"Not that I could lie, I was a naughty girl. I walked around with a messy hair, untied shoes. But still, they thought of me as a cute child"
Dahyun said, brushing her hands with Sana's hair. Looking at the window, seemed like they had a day off.
"Anddddddd.... I always remembered how lazy I was whenever I was at the car, thinking that It would be a good way to let my Dad carry me till upstairs"
Thinking of it, Sana laughed. Smiling while listening to Dahyun's story. Sana approached Dahyun not a while ago and begged for what seems to be Dahyun's childhood was like. Seemed it was fun, so Dahyun continued.
"I could also remember that, that I ran off the streets bumping to everyone. My parent's always had to chase me despise how tired they were. And I didn't seem to know it..."
Sana looked at Dahyun, realizing that her voice was now calm but seemed emotional but still keeping her face straight.
"I didnt hear anything from mom that night, all I knew was that... She had cancer without me not knowing it, while Dad went to abroad just for money and his business..."
Dahyun sighed, remembering what her past felt like... None other than happiness and sadness...
"So while that, I had nothing else but to be mad at everyone, Every person who liked me in school? I just played their feelings. Letting them give me what I need was all I could imagine. Even though I hurted them, I still played like I cared and that I love them. Everything happened because of the pain that I felt.."
Sana then felt a liquid dropping on her hands, looking to her side, Dahyun was tearing up yet silently. Tears were just flowing. Sana then nodded and asked if they can stop, but Dahyun resisted those emotions and started talking again
"Dad left me unaware, Mom secretly hiding that she was tired, my friends pretending that..they like me. I mean I couldn't hide the fact that I was so full of myself that I didnt think of how much things would get harder....
Remembering how Dad once told me that I was useless, I mean it was true. I definitely was. And in that night, I found Mom laying on the floor. And there it was, Mom has cancer, nobody told me.
After that it was Family Day, I saw everyone.. With their Mom's and Dad's and then theres me, Mom was in hospital and Dad was in abroad. All I had to do was lock myself in the cr and cry cause my parents didnt showed up....
And there was Jihyo, she was older than me. Come to think of it she looks pale before... But still she was like..the best sister I ever had!"
Sana then smiled slowly, while leaning her head against Dahyuns shoulder. Looking at the sunset
"So Jihyo...is your sister?"
"Not biologically, but she treated me like a little sister. I was a monster before, messing everything...having fights in school...having to bully every innocent kids... But still, Jihyo played like she was my parent and a bff at the same time. She didnt gave up on me, and after time passes... she told me once...
"Change your life Kim Dahyun, are you out of your mind?!"
"But...things are alright with you two, right?"
Sana asked, still looking at the sunset, feeling the warm wind passing through them. Birds flying. Dahyun then smiled, imagining how silly both were.
"Yup, not until I pranked Jihyo that I liked her and smacked me right on to my face ahhahah"
Things lighten up, both cuddled to sleep, smelling each others scent, pecking on the lips, saying goodnight. Dahyun looked at the moment in front of her, whispering through her thoughts and saying.
"I owe you my life, no matter what happens.. Im always here. Doesnt matter if people hate you or me as long as we love each other. Everything changed once I met you, I can't afford to lose another person like my mom. Starting this day of my life– I will love you the fullest"

"Mina, how are you?"
Looking through those dark shades, letting out a sigh. Coming to see a girl talking in front of her. Who knew who she is?
"Im fine ,Dahyun, nothing special ever happened"
Sipping the coffee that was on her table, she then looked up and saw the girl smiling with a cake and flowers. And with that, everyone then joined them and started singing.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY OUR MINARI!"
