Hey I'm really thankful that you read this. An explanation is provided down below, this story isn't factual. Rather it's more of like a perspective I imagine for smth that happened quite recently for me. I've been feeling down, this story has helped me cope.
Explanation:
The main character is in a coma, walking around a certain place. Although she sees people she can't interact with them. She knows this boy she really does, she just doesn't recall who he is though. As she sees the boy everyday, he slowly seems to be losing feelings for someone. The boy ends up deleting the conversation altogether. When she wakes up the only thing on her phone is "I'm sorry."So basically I kinda made the main character me walking around in my exes home town (which I btw know nothing of, we were in a ldr). The person who he's losing feelings for gradually on the phone is me. This is kind of like I'm writing to understand his perspective on how things happened. As the character learns the truth about who that boy is and their current situation, she wakes up.
So you might say, that all along she was watching her boyfriend eventually break up with her.
