Name: Balloon
Abilities: user can make a balloon version of anything, including humans/animals. The balloons are almost impossible to pop/harm but can be destroyed if the balloon is under enough pressure.
Drawbacks: lightheaded after overuse, high metabolism
Special attack: Balloon army- when the user makes a balloon army of any living thing.
Other: the user is extremely light, as if they were a helium balloon
